三十首領之魁亞瑪撒、感於神曰、大衛歟、我儕屬爾、耶西子歟、我儕從爾、願爾平康、願助爾者平康、蓋爾上帝助爾也、大衛納之、立為軍長、

武士之魁亞馬賽、為神所感、對曰、我欲歸耶西之子大闢、望上帝祐爾、願爾與助爾者俱獲平康。大闢接之、使為軍長。

Then the Spirit came on Amasai, chief of the Thirty, and he said:“ We are yours, David! We are with you, son of Jesse! Success, success to you, and success to those who help you, for your God will help you.” So David received them and made them leaders of his raiding bands.

The Spirit of God came on Amasai. He was leader of the 30 chiefs. He said,“ David, we belong to you! Son of Jesse, we’re on your side! May you have great success. May those who help you also have success. Your God will help you.” So David welcomed them. He made them leaders in his army.

Then the Spirit clothed Amasai, chief of the thirty, and he said,“ We are yours, O David, and with you, O son of Jesse! Peace, peace to you, and peace to your helpers! For your God helps you.” Then David received them and made them officers of his troops.

Then the Spirit came upon Amasai, the leader of the Thirty, and he said,“ We are yours, David! We are on your side, son of Jesse. Peace and prosperity be with you, and success to all who help you, for your God is the one who helps you.” So David let them join him, and he made them officers over his troops.

Then the Spirit enveloped Amasai, chief of the Thirty, and he said: We are yours, David, we are with you, son of Jesse! Peace, peace to you, and peace to him who helps you, for your God helps you. So David received them and made them leaders of his troops.

Then the Spirit covered Amasai like clothing, the chief of the thirty; and he said,“ We are yours, David, And are with you, son of Jesse! Peace, peace to you, And peace to him who helps you; Indeed, your God helps you!” Then David received them and made them captains of the troops.

Then the Spirit came upon Amasai, chief of the captains, and he said:“ We are yours, O David; We are on your side, O son of Jesse! Peace, peace to you, And peace to your helpers! For your God helps you.” So David received them, and made them captains of the troop.

Then the Spirit came upon Amasai, who was chief of the thirty, and he said, Thine are we, David, and on thy side, thou son of Jesse: peace, peace be unto thee, and peace be to thy helpers; for thy God helpeth thee. Then David received them, and made them captains of the band.

Then the Spirit took control of Amasai, chief of the Thirty, and he said: We are yours, David, we are with you, son of Jesse! Peace, peace to you, and peace to him who helps you, for your God helps you. So David received them and made them leaders of his troops.

Then the spirit came upon Amasai,[ who was] chief of the captains,[ and he said], Thine[ are we], David, and on thy side, thou son of Jesse: peace, peace[ be] unto thee, and peace[ be] to thine helpers; for thy God helpeth thee. Then David received them, and made them captains of the band.

But a spirit empowered Amasai, the leader of the thirty warriors, and he said:“ We are yours, O David! We support you, O son of Jesse! May you greatly prosper! May those who help you prosper! Indeed your God helps you!” So David accepted them and made them leaders of raiding bands.

Then the Spirit came on Amasai, who was chief of the thirty, and he said,“ We are yours, David, and on your side, you son of Jesse. Peace, peace be to you, and peace be to your helpers; for your God helps you.” Then David received them, and made them captains of the band.

耶和華的靈降在基甸身上，他就吹角；亞比以謝族都應召來跟從他。

押沙龍派亞瑪撒統率軍隊，取代約押。亞瑪撒是以實瑪利人（按照《馬索拉文本》，“以實瑪利人”作“以色列人”；現參照《七十士譯本》的一些文本翻譯；參代上2:17）以特拉的兒子。以特拉曾經與拿轄的女兒亞比該親近過；亞比該和約押的母親洗魯雅是姊妹。

於是耶穌對十二門徒說：“你們也想離去嗎？”西門．彼得回答：“主啊，你有永生之道，我們還跟從誰呢？

耶和華的靈臨到他身上，他就治理以色列人；他出去作戰，耶和華把亞蘭王古珊．利薩田交在他手中，他的能力就勝過了古珊．利薩田。

於是內務長、市長、長老和亞哈眾子的導師送信給耶戶說：“我們是你的僕人，你吩咐我們的，我們都必照辦；我們也不會立甚麼人作王；你看怎樣好，我們就怎樣作。”

願平安、慈愛、信心，從父神和主耶穌基督臨到眾弟兄。願一切以不朽的愛愛我們主耶穌基督的人，都蒙恩惠。

路得說：“請不要逼我離開你回去，不跟從你。你到哪裡去，我也要到哪裡去；你在哪裡過夜，我也要在哪裡過夜；你的同胞就是我的同胞，你的神就是我的神；

所有照這準則而行的人，願平安憐憫臨到他們，就是臨到神的以色列。

耶戶抬頭對著窗戶，說：“有誰擁護我？誰？”立時有兩三個太監往外望著他。

不站在我這一邊的就是反對我的，不跟我一起收聚的，就是分散的。

亞比該生亞瑪撒；亞瑪撒的父親是以實瑪利人益帖。

就差派十個僕人，對他們說：“你們上迦密去見拿八，以我的名義向他問安。你們要這樣說：‘願你長壽！願你平安！願你的家平安！願你所有的一切都平安！

以太回答王說：“我指著永活的耶和華，在我主我王面前起誓，無論我主我王在甚麼地方，或生或死，你僕人也必在那裡。”

你們又要對亞瑪撒說：‘你不是我的骨肉至親嗎？我若不立你代替約押，在我面前作軍隊的元帥，願神重重地懲罰我，並且加倍嚴厲地懲罰我。’”

王對亞瑪撒說：“你要在三天之內把猶大人召集到我這裡來。你自己也要在這裡。”亞瑪撒就去召集猶大人。他卻耽延，超過了王限定的日期。大衛對亞比篩說：“現在比基利的兒子示巴要加害我們，比押沙龍更甚。你要帶著你主人的僕人去追趕他，免得他找到了設防的城鎮，就避過我們的眼目，從我們的手中逃脫了。”於是約押的人，基利提人、比利提人和所有的勇士，都跟隨亞比篩出去。他們從耶路撒冷出去，追趕比基利的兒子示巴。他們到了基遍的大磐石那裡，亞瑪撒來與他們會合。那時約押穿著戰衣，腰間束著佩刀的帶子，刀在鞘裡。他往前走的時候，刀掉了下來。

“萬軍之耶和華這樣說：‘在那些日子，必有十個說不同方言，來自列國的人，緊抓住一個猶大人的衣襟，說：讓我們與你們同去吧，因為我們聽見神與你們同在。’”

又派他們作千夫長、五十夫長，替他耕田、收他的莊稼、替他製造作戰的武器和戰車上的裝備。

至於以色列人，所羅門卻沒有使他們作奴僕，而是作他的戰士、臣僕、統領、軍長、戰車長和騎兵長。

求你饒恕你婢女的過犯。耶和華必為我主建立一個堅固的家，因為我主為耶和華爭戰；在你一生的日子裡，在你身上也找不到甚麼過錯。雖然有人起來追趕你，尋索你的命，我主的性命必得保全在耶和華你的神生命的囊中。至於你仇敵的命，耶和華卻要甩去，像從甩石機甩出去一樣。

掃羅就對侍立在他周圍的臣僕說：“便雅憫人哪，你們要聽！耶西的兒子能把田地和葡萄園賜給你們各人嗎？他能立你們各人作千夫長、作百夫長嗎？

在瑪哈尼．但（“瑪哈尼．但”意即“但的軍營”），就是在瑣拉和以實陶中間，耶和華的靈開始感動參孫。

從前掃羅作我們的王的時候，領導以色列人行動的是你。耶和華也曾對你說：‘你要牧養我的子民以色列，要作以色列的領袖。’”

他穿上公義的鎧甲，戴上救恩的頭盔，穿上復仇的衣服，披上熱心作外袍。
