又使祭司撒督與其同族眾祭司、居於基遍之崇邱、在主之會幕前、

所羅門率會眾至基遍崇邱、在彼有天主之會幕、乃主之僕摩西在曠野所造、

所羅門自基遍之崇邱、自會幕前至耶路撒冷、治以色列人、

所羅門王往基遍獻祭、蓋基遍有大邱壇、於此壇獻犧牲一千、以為火焚祭、在基遍夜夢中、主顯現於所羅門曰、爾欲我何所賜、爾惟求之、所羅門曰、主之僕我父大衛以誠實善義正心、行於主前、主向之施鴻恩、又為之存此大恩、使其子繼繼原文作坐其位、有如今日、主我之天主使僕繼父大衛為王、我尚幼童、不知如何出入、僕居主所選之民中、其民甚眾、不可勝數、主之民眾多、孰能判斷其間乎、求主以智慧賜僕、能辨是非、為民折中、所羅門因求此、主悅其言、天主謂之曰、爾既求此、不求壽、不求富、亦不求勝敵、但求智慧、俾可聽訟、我則允爾所求、以聰明智慧之心賜爾、爾之前未有如爾者、爾之後亦無如爾者、爾所未求者、即富與貴我亦賜爾、使爾在世之日、列王中無一可比爾者、如爾法爾父大衛、行我道、守我律例誡命、我則賜爾遐齡、所羅門寤、乃知為夢、遂至耶路撒冷、立於主之約匱前、獻火焚祭與平安祭、又為臣僕設宴、○

主諭摩西曰、正月朔、爾當建會幕、以法匱置於其內、以幔掩法匱、舁案入幕、上陳所當陳者、舁燈臺入、上置燈盞、舁燈臺入上置燈盞或作舁燈臺入而燃其燈以焚香之金臺、置於法匱前、懸幕之門簾、以火焚祭臺、置於會幕門前、以洗濯之盤、置於會幕與祭臺間、而盛水其中、在會幕四圍立柱施帷為院、懸簾於院門、以膏膏會幕及其中所有、以會幕及其諸器別為聖、膏火焚祭臺與其諸器、以祭臺區別為聖、祭臺即成為至聖、又膏洗濯之盤與其座、區別為聖、使亞倫與其諸子、近至會幕門前、濯之以水、以聖衣衣亞倫、膏之以膏、區別為聖、使為祭司奉事我、使其諸子近前、衣之以袍、膏之如膏其父然、使為祭司奉事我、彼受此膏、則得歷代為祭司之職、摩西遵主凡諭之之命而行、○第二年、正月朔、會幕遂建、摩西建會幕、置座、立板、施楗、豎柱、張外幕、上覆外幕之蓋、遵主諭摩西之命、以法板藏於匱中、貫杠於匱之兩旁、置贖罪蓋於匱上、舁匱入會幕、懸幔掩法匱、遵主所諭摩西之命、置案於會幕北旁、在幔之外、其上以餅陳設於主前、遵主諭摩西之命、以燈臺置於會幕內、在南旁、與案相對、上陳燈盞或作燃燈於主前、遵主所諭摩西之命、置金焚香臺於會幕內、在幔前、其上焚香、遵主所諭摩西之命、又懸幕之門簾、於會幕前置火焚祭臺、其上獻火焚祭與素祭、遵主所諭摩西之命、以洗濯之盤、置於會幕與祭臺間、盛水以洗濯、摩西與亞倫及亞倫諸子、悉於此洗手濯足、入會幕之時、或近祭臺之時、則皆洗濯、遵主所諭摩西之命、在會幕與祭臺四圍立柱施幃為院、並懸簾於院門、如此摩西竣厥工、○當時有雲覆會幕、主之榮光盈於其中、因雲覆會幕上、主之榮光充之、故摩西不能入會幕、雲由幕上升、以色列人方啟行遄徵、雲若不上升、則不啟行、以待雲升之日、凡以色列人遄徵、晝有主之雲於幕上、夜有火光於幕內、在以色列眾人之目前、
