現在你們要立定心意，尋求耶和華你們的神；你們當起來，建造耶和華神的聖所，好把耶和華的約櫃和神的神聖器皿，都搬進為耶和華的名所建造的殿宇中。”

“耶和华你们的神不是与你们同在吗？不是叫你们四围都平安吗？因他已将这地的居民交在我手中，这地就在耶和华与他百姓面前制伏了。

“耶和华—你们的上帝不是与你们同在吗？他不是使你们四围都平安吗？因他已将这地的居民交在我手中，这地已在耶和华与他百姓面前制伏了。

他说：“你们的上帝耶和华与你们同在，使你们四境平安。祂将这地方的居民交在我手中，使这地方被祂和祂的子民治理。

現在你們要立定心意尋求永恆主你們的上帝；你們要起來，建造永恆主上帝的聖所，好將永恆主的約櫃和上帝的聖器皿都搬進為永恆主耶和華的名而建造的殿裏。』

爾上帝耶和華非偕爾、賜爾四周平康乎、蓋彼以斯土之民付我手、俾地為耶和華與其民所轄、

爾之上帝耶和華祐爾、賜爾隨在平康、以斯土之民、付我手、使土壤歸耶和華民、

主爾之天主祐爾、賜爾四周平康、以斯地之居民付我手、而使斯地歸主與主之民、

He said to them,“ Is not the Lord your God with you? And has he not granted you rest on every side? For he has given the inhabitants of the land into my hands, and the land is subject to the Lord and to his people.

He said to them,“ The Lord your God is with you. He’s given you peace and rest on every side. He’s handed over to me the people who are living in the land. The land has been brought under the control of the Lord and his people.

“ Is not the Lord your God with you? And has he not given you peace on every side? For he has delivered the inhabitants of the land into my hand, and the land is subdued before the Lord and his people.

“ The Lord your God is with you,” he declared.“ He has given you peace with the surrounding nations. He has handed them over to me, and they are now subject to the Lord and his people.

“ The LORD your God is with you, isn’t he? And hasn’t he given you rest on every side? For he has handed the land’s inhabitants over to me, and the land has been subdued before the LORD and his people.

“ Is the Lord your God not with you? And has He not given you rest on every side? For He has handed over to me the inhabitants of the land, and the land is subdued before the Lord and before His people.

“ Is not the Lord your God with you? And has He not given you rest on every side? For He has given the inhabitants of the land into my hand, and the land is subdued before the Lord and before His people.

Is not Jehovah your God with you? and hath he not given you rest on every side? for he hath delivered the inhabitants of the land into my hand; and the land is subdued before Jehovah, and before his people.

“ The Lord your God is with you, isn’t He? And hasn’t He given you rest on every side? For He has handed the land’s inhabitants over to me, and the land has been subdued before the Lord and His people.

[ Is] not the LORD your God with you? and hath he[ not] given you rest on every side? for he hath given the inhabitants of the land into mine hand; and the land is subdued before the LORD, and before his people.

He told them,“ The LORD your God is with you! He has made you secure on every side, for he handed over to me the inhabitants of the region and the region is subdued before the LORD and his people.

“ Isn’t Yahweh your God with you? Hasn’t he given you rest on every side? For he has delivered the inhabitants of the land into my hand; and the land is subdued before Yahweh, and before his people.

因為大衛曾說：“耶和華以色列的神已經使他的子民得享安寧，他自己永遠住在耶路撒冷。

他要為我的名建造殿宇；他要作我的兒子，我要作他的父親；我必堅立他的國位，永遠統治以色列。’

那時，王住在自己的宮中，耶和華使他安享太平，不受周圍仇敵的侵擾。

耶和華使以色列人得享平安，不受四圍仇敵的騷擾，已經有一段很長的日子；約書亞已經老了，年紀不小了。

現在耶和華你們的神，照著他應許的，已經使你們兄弟得享平安；現在你們可以返回自己家裡，回到耶和華的僕人摩西在約旦河東賜給你們作產業的地方去。

但是你們過了約旦河，住在耶和華你們的神使你們承受為業的地，又使你們太平，脫離你們周圍的所有仇敵，安居樂業，那時，你要把我吩咐你們的燔祭和其他的祭物、十分之一的禮物和手中的貢獻，以及你們向耶和華許願要獻的最美的一切還願祭，都要帶到耶和華你們的神選擇作為立他名的地方。

神啊！你在古時，在我們列祖的日子所作的事，我們親耳聽見了，我們的列祖也給我們述說過。你曾親手把列國趕出去，卻栽培了我們的列祖；你曾苦待眾民，卻使我們的列祖昌盛。因為他們取得那地，不是靠自己的刀劍；他們得勝，也不是靠自己的膀臂；而是靠你的右手、你的膀臂和你臉上的光，因為你喜悅他們。神啊！你是我的王；求你出令，使雅各得勝。我們靠著你，必打倒我們的敵人；靠著你的名，必踐踏那些起來攻擊我們的。

大衛求問耶和華說：“我可以上去攻打非利士人嗎？你會把他們交在我手裡嗎？”耶和華對大衛說：“你可以上去，我必把非利士人交在你手裡。”於是大衛來到巴力‧毗拉心，在那裡擊敗了非利士人，說：“耶和華在我面前沖破我的敵人，好像洪水沖破堤岸一般。”因此他給那地方起名叫巴力‧毗拉心。

既是這樣，我們對這一切還有甚麼話說呢？神若這樣為我們，誰能敵對我們呢？

約書亞在這一次戰役中擊敗了這些王和佔領了他們的地，是因為耶和華以色列的神為以色列作戰。

求你饒恕你婢女的過犯。耶和華必為我主建立一個堅固的家，因為我主為耶和華爭戰；在你一生的日子裡，在你身上也找不到甚麼過錯。

那時猶太、加利利、撒瑪利亞各處的教會，都得到平安，被建立起來，存著敬畏主的心過生活，並且因著聖靈的激勵，人數增多起來。

耶和華的使者向基甸顯現，對他說：“大能的勇士啊，耶和華與你同在。”基甸回答他，說：“唉，我的主，如果耶和華與我們同在，我們怎會遭遇這一切事呢？我們的列祖向我們講述的，耶和華的一切奇事在哪裡呢？他們曾說：‘耶和華不是把我們從埃及領上來嗎？’現在他卻拋棄了我們，把我們交在米甸人手中！”耶和華轉向基甸，對他說：“你靠著你這能力，去拯救以色列人脫離米甸人的手吧；我不是差派了你嗎？”

因為耶和華你們的神和你們同去，要為你們攻打你們的仇敵，要拯救你們。’
