But the word of the LORD came to me, saying, Thou hast shed blood abundantly, and hast made great wars: thou shalt not build an house unto my name, because thou hast shed much blood upon the earth in my sight.

只是耶和华的话临到我说：‘你流了多人的血，打了多次大仗，你不可为我的名建造殿宇，因为你在我眼前使多人的血流在地上。

可是耶和华的话临到我说：‘你流了许多的血，打了多次大仗；你不可为我的名建造殿宇，因为你在我面前使许多血流在地上。

可是耶和华的话临到我说：‘你流了许多的血，打了多次大仗；你不可为我的名建造殿宇，因为你在我面前使许多血流在地上。

但耶和华对我说，‘你杀了许多人，打了很多仗，在我眼前使许多人血洒大地，因此你不可为我的名建造殿宇。

看哪，你必生一个儿子；他是个和平的人，我必使他得享太平，不被四围所有的仇敌骚扰；他的名字要叫所罗门，他在位的日子，我必把太平和安宁赐给以色列人。

但耶和華對我說，『你殺了許多人，打了很多仗，在我眼前使許多人血灑大地，因此你不可為我的名建造殿宇。

看哪，你必生一個兒子；他是個和平的人，我必使他得享太平，不被四圍所有的仇敵騷擾；他的名字要叫所羅門，他在位的日子，我必把太平和安寧賜給以色列人。

看吧，你必生個兒子；他必是個安靜人；我必使他得享平靜、不被他四圍任何仇敵的騷擾；因為他的名字要叫所羅門；他在位的日子，我必將興隆太平賜給以色列人。

惟耶和華降諭於我曰、爾流人血甚多、屢經大戰、不可為我名建室、因爾多流人血於地、為我目擊、

惟耶和華命我曰、爾四方戰鬥、殺人甚眾、故不可建殿、為籲我名之所、

惟主諭我曰、爾流血甚多、屢有大戰、不可為我名建殿、因爾於我前、多流血於地、

But this word of the Lord came to me:‘ You have shed much blood and have fought many wars. You are not to build a house for my Name, because you have shed much blood on the earth in my sight.

But a message from the Lord came to me. It said,‘ You have spilled the blood of many people. You have fought many wars. You are not the one who will build a house for my Name. That is because I have seen you spill the blood of many people on the earth.

But the word of the Lord came to me, saying,‘ You have shed much blood and have waged great wars. You shall not build a house to my name, because you have shed so much blood before me on the earth.

“ But the Lord said to me,‘ You have killed many men in the battles you have fought. And since you have shed so much blood in my sight, you will not be the one to build a Temple to honor my name.

but the word of the LORD came to me:‘ You have shed much blood and waged great wars. You are not to build a house for my name because you have shed so much blood on the ground before me.

But the word of the Lord came to me, saying,‘ You have shed much blood and have waged great wars; you shall not build a house to My name, because you have shed so much blood on the earth before Me.

but the word of the Lord came to me, saying,‘ You have shed much blood and have made great wars; you shall not build a house for My name, because you have shed much blood on the earth in My sight.

But the word of Jehovah came to me, saying, Thou hast shed blood abundantly, and hast made great wars: thou shalt not build a house unto my name, because thou hast shed much blood upon the earth in my sight.

but the word of the Lord came to me:‘ You have shed much blood and waged great wars. You are not to build a house for My name because you have shed so much blood on the ground before Me.

But the LORD said to me:‘ You have spilled a great deal of blood and fought many battles. You must not build a temple to honor me, for you have spilled a great deal of blood on the ground before me.

But Yahweh’s word came to me, saying,‘ You have shed blood abundantly, and have made great wars. You shall not build a house to my name, because you have shed much blood on the earth in my sight.

But God said unto me, Thou shalt not build an house for my name, because thou[ hast been] a man of war, and hast shed blood.

Thou knowest how that David my father could not build an house unto the name of the LORD his God for the wars which were about him on every side, until the LORD put them under the soles of his feet.

Go and tell my servant David, Thus saith the LORD, Shalt thou build me an house for me to dwell in?Whereas I have not dwelt in[ any] house since the time that I brought up the children of Israel out of Egypt, even to this day, but have walked in a tent and in a tabernacle.In all[ the places] wherein I have walked with all the children of Israel spake I a word with any of the tribes of Israel, whom I commanded to feed my people Israel, saying, Why build ye not me an house of cedar?Now therefore so shalt thou say unto my servant David, Thus saith the LORD of hosts, I took thee from the sheepcote, from following the sheep, to be ruler over my people, over Israel:And I was with thee whithersoever thou wentest, and have cut off all thine enemies out of thy sight, and have made thee a great name, like unto the name of the great[ men] that[ are] in the earth.Moreover I will appoint a place for my people Israel, and will plant them, that they may dwell in a place of their own, and move no more; neither shall the children of wickedness afflict them any more, as beforetime,And as since the time that I commanded judges[ to be] over my people Israel, and have caused thee to rest from all thine enemies. Also the LORD telleth thee that he will make thee an house.

And purify all[ your] raiment, and all that is made of skins, and all work of goats’[ hair], and all things made of wood.

And ye shall wash your clothes on the seventh day, and ye shall be clean, and afterward ye shall come into the camp.

Go and tell David my servant, Thus saith the LORD, Thou shalt not build me an house to dwell in:For I have not dwelt in an house since the day that I brought up Israel unto this day; but have gone from tent to tent, and from[ one] tabernacle[ to another].Wheresoever I have walked with all Israel, spake I a word to any of the judges of Israel, whom I commanded to feed my people, saying, Why have ye not built me an house of cedars?Now therefore thus shalt thou say unto my servant David, Thus saith the LORD of hosts, I took thee from the sheepcote,[ even] from following the sheep, that thou shouldest be ruler over my people Israel:And I have been with thee whithersoever thou hast walked, and have cut off all thine enemies from before thee, and have made thee a name like the name of the great men that[ are] in the earth.Also I will ordain a place for my people Israel, and will plant them, and they shall dwell in their place, and shall be moved no more; neither shall the children of wickedness waste them any more, as at the beginning,And since the time that I commanded judges[ to be] over my people Israel. Moreover I will subdue all thine enemies. Furthermore I tell thee that the LORD will build thee an house.
