我既知主可畏、則勸勉人、惟我顯明於主前、亦望顯明於爾心、

牽肥犢宰之、我儕可食而樂、

利未於其家、為耶穌設盛筵、稅吏及他人、與之共席者甚眾、經士及法利賽人、譏耶穌門徒曰、爾曹何與稅吏及罪人共食乎、

棄隱慝可恥之事、不行詭詐、不混天主之道、惟表彰真理、使人之心、在天主前、以我為是、

眾見此不悅、曰、彼往宿罪人之家矣、

我所書之言無他、惟爾所讀所識者、我望如爾今已畧識我、至終亦必識我、迨我主耶穌基督之日、爾可以我為誇、如我以爾為誇、○
