圣灵显在各人身上，是叫人得益处。

圣灵彰显在各人身上，是要使人得益处。

圣灵显现在各人的身上，为的是要使人得着益处。

不过圣灵显明在每个人的身上，是为了共同的益处，因为：

聖靈顯在各人身上，是叫人得益處。

聖靈彰顯在各人身上，是要使人得益處。

聖靈彰顯在各人身上，是要使人得益處。

聖靈給各人不同的恩賜為要使眾人得益處。

聖靈顯現在各人的身上，為的是要使人得著益處。

不過各人稟受靈之表顯、是要有益於人的。

不過聖靈顯明在每個人的身上，是為了共同的益處，因為：

聖神之顯著、賦於各人、以致其益、

聖神顯其能、俾眾有益、

聖神所顯之能、賜於各人、俾眾有益、

且聖神所授予各人之啟牖、莫非為眾人之益耳。

Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.

The Holy Spirit is given to each of us in a special way. That is for the good of all.

To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.

A spiritual gift is given to each of us so we can help each other.

A manifestation of the Spirit is given to each person for the common good:

But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.

But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all:

But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit to profit withal.

A demonstration of the Spirit is given to each person to produce what is beneficial:

But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.

To each person the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the benefit of all.

But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the profit of all.

We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith;if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach;if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully. (niv)

But in the church I would rather speak five intelligible words to instruct others than ten thousand words in a tongue. (niv)

Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen. (niv)

So it is with you. Since you are eager for gifts of the Spirit, try to excel in those that build up the church. (niv)

But to each one of us grace has been given as Christ apportioned it.This is why it says:“ When he ascended on high, he took many captives and gave gifts to his people.”( What does“ he ascended” mean except that he also descended to the lower, earthly regions?He who descended is the very one who ascended higher than all the heavens, in order to fill the whole universe.)So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers,to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up (niv)

You are giving thanks well enough, but no one else is edified. (niv)

I would like every one of you to speak in tongues, but I would rather have you prophesy. The one who prophesies is greater than the one who speaks in tongues, unless someone interprets, so that the church may be edified. (niv)

“ Again, it will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants and entrusted his wealth to them.To one he gave five bags of gold, to another two bags, and to another one bag, each according to his ability. Then he went on his journey.The man who had received five bags of gold went at once and put his money to work and gained five bags more.So also, the one with two bags of gold gained two more.But the man who had received one bag went off, dug a hole in the ground and hid his master’s money.“ After a long time the master of those servants returned and settled accounts with them.The man who had received five bags of gold brought the other five.‘ Master,’ he said,‘ you entrusted me with five bags of gold. See, I have gained five more.’“ His master replied,‘ Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’“ The man with two bags of gold also came.‘ Master,’ he said,‘ you entrusted me with two bags of gold; see, I have gained two more.’“ His master replied,‘ Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’“ Then the man who had received one bag of gold came.‘ Master,’ he said,‘ I knew that you are a hard man, harvesting where you have not sown and gathering where you have not scattered seed.So I was afraid and went out and hid your gold in the ground. See, here is what belongs to you.’“ His master replied,‘ You wicked, lazy servant! So you knew that I harvest where I have not sown and gather where I have not scattered seed?Well then, you should have put my money on deposit with the bankers, so that when I returned I would have received it back with interest.“‘ So take the bag of gold from him and give it to the one who has ten bags.For whoever has will be given more, and they will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what they have will be taken from them.And throw that worthless servant outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’ (niv)

Tongues, then, are a sign, not for believers but for unbelievers; prophecy, however, is not for unbelievers but for believers.So if the whole church comes together and everyone speaks in tongues, and inquirers or unbelievers come in, will they not say that you are out of your mind?But if an unbeliever or an inquirer comes in while everyone is prophesying, they are convicted of sin and are brought under judgment by all,as the secrets of their hearts are laid bare. So they will fall down and worship God, exclaiming,“ God is really among you!”What then shall we say, brothers and sisters? When you come together, each of you has a hymn, or a word of instruction, a revelation, a tongue or an interpretation. Everything must be done so that the church may be built up. (niv)
