吾人當幼年之時、凡所言、所知、所思、無一而非幼稚也。及其成人、則稚氣脫矣。

弟兄們，你們在思想上不要做小孩子，但是在惡事上要做嬰孩，在思想上要做成熟的人。

弟兄們，以往我對你們說話，不能把你們當做屬靈的，只能當做屬肉體的，當做在基督裡的小孩子。我餵給你們吃的是奶，不是飯，原來你們那時還不能吃飯——其實現在也還是不能，

我說：繼承人雖然是一切的主人，但是當他還是小孩子的時候，與奴僕沒有區別；

因此你當從心中除掉煩惱，從肉體中除去疾苦；要知道，無論年少或青壯都轉眼成空。
