祸哉！那些在自己眼中有智慧，在自己面前有通达的人。

你要专心仰赖耶和华，不可倚靠自己的聪明，

人若没有什么了不起，还自以为了不起的，就是自欺。

因为十字架的道理，在那灭亡的人是愚拙，在我们得救的人却是神的大能。就如经上所记：“我要摧毁智慧人的智慧，废弃聪明人的聪明。”智慧人在哪里？文士在哪里？这世上的辩士在哪里？神岂不是已使这世上的智慧变成愚拙了吗？既然世人凭自己的智慧不认识神，神就本着自己的智慧乐意藉着人所传愚拙的话拯救那些信的人。

但是，你们要作行道的人，不要只作听道的人，自己欺骗自己。

我实在告诉你们，凡要接受神国的，若不像小孩子，绝不能进去。”

你们岂不知不义的人不能承受神的国吗？不要自欺！无论是淫乱的、拜偶像的、奸淫的、作娼妓的，亲男色的、

关于祭过偶像的食物，我们晓得“我们都有知识”，但知识使人自高自大，惟有爱心能造就人。若有人自以为知道什么，他其实仍不知道他所应当知道的。

我实在告诉你们，凡要接受神国的，若不像小孩子，绝不能进去。”

“你们怎么说：‘我们有智慧，耶和华的律法在我们这里’？看哪，其实文士的假笔舞弄虚假。

所以，凡自己谦卑像这小孩子的，他在天国里就是最大的。

不要自欺；神是轻慢不得的，因为人种的是什么，收的也是什么。

只是作恶的和骗人的将变本加厉，迷惑人也被人迷惑。

你看见自以为有智慧的人吗？愚昧人比他更有指望。

弟兄们，我不愿意你们不知道这奥秘，恐怕你们自以为聪明。这奥秘就是有一部分以色列人是硬心的，等到外邦人的数目添满了，

我们从前也是无知、悖逆、受迷惑，作各样私欲和宴乐的奴隶，在恶毒、嫉妒中度日，是可恨的，而且彼此相恨。

要彼此同心，不要心高气傲，倒要俯就卑微的人。不要自以为聪明。

不要自以为有智慧；要敬畏耶和华，远离恶事。

他以灰尘为食，心里迷糊，以致偏邪，不能自救，也不能说：“我右手中岂不是有虚谎吗？”

不要被欺骗了；“滥交朋友败坏品德。”

耶稣说：“你们要谨慎，不要受迷惑，因为将有好些人冒我的名来，说‘我是基督’，又说‘时候近了’，你们不要跟从他们！

若有人自以为虔诚，却不勒住自己的舌头，反欺骗自己的心，这人的虔诚是徒然的。

孩子们，现在要听从我，不可离弃我口中的言语。

不要被人虚浮的话欺骗了，因这些事，神的愤怒必临到那些悖逆的人。

我们为基督的缘故成为愚拙的；你们在基督里倒是聪明的。我们软弱，你们倒强壮；你们有荣耀，我们倒被藐视。

耶和华如此说：你们不要自欺说“迦勒底人必定离开我们”，因为他们必不离开。
