我今致書勸爾、若有稱為兄弟者而行淫、或貪婪、或拜偶像、或詬詈、或醉酒、或勒索、如此之人、勿與之交、勿與之共食、

又恐我復來時、我天主使我於爾中慚愧、且見多人已犯罪、而未悔其所行之污穢、姦淫、邪侈、我則甚憂、

即戒食祭偶像之物與血、及勒死之牲、並戒姦淫、爾自守而戒之、則善矣、願爾平安、○

蓋天主召我、非為污穢、乃為聖潔、

爾視其道、與其可憎之事、猶為小事、不第從其道、效其可憎之事、爾之諸道、較彼尤邪、
