蓋教會外者、我何為擬定之、爾當擬定者、非教會內之人乎、

其實審判外面的人，到底與我有什麼關係呢？你們難道不該審判裡面的人嗎？

蓋會外者與我何涉而擬之、爾之所擬、非會內者乎、

會以外與我何與、顧定擬之、而會以內、乃不能定擬乎、

夫外界之人何與於我、我亦何所用其評騭。吾人所欲評騭者、非會中人乎？

What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church? Are you not to judge those inside?

Is it my business to judge those outside the church? Aren’t you supposed to judge those inside the church?

For what have I to do with judging outsiders? Is it not those inside the church whom you are to judge?

It isn’t my responsibility to judge outsiders, but it certainly is your responsibility to judge those inside the church who are sinning.

耶穌曰、天主國之奧、乃賜爾知之、若彼外人、則悉以喻訓之、

亦當有令聞於教會外之人、恐遭擯斥、而陷於魔之網、○

爾當以智慧待彼教會外之人、愛惜光陰、

我身雖遠、而神偕爾、如我與爾同在、已擬定行此事之人、即爾會集之時、我神亦偕爾、奉我主耶穌基督之名、託我主耶穌基督之權、付此人於撒但、以敗其身、使其靈魂、於主耶穌基督之日得救、○

爾中有相爭之事、何敢訟於不義者前、而不訟於聖徒前乎、豈不知聖徒將審判世界乎、世界既為爾審判、爾不堪審判小事乎、豈不知我儕將審判天使、況世事乎、乃爾曹有世事當審、竟使彼不為教會尊重者審之、我言此以愧爾、爾曹豈無一智者能審兄弟之事乎、

耶穌曰、人乎、誰任我於爾曹中為聽訟析產者、

如是、爾向外人行事合宜、而己亦無所乏也、○
