并且建造在使徒和先知的根基上，基督耶稣自己就是奠基石，整座建筑都靠着他连接配合，渐渐增长成为在主里面的圣所。你们在他里面也一同被建造，成为神藉着圣灵居住的所在。

难道不知道你们是神的殿，神的灵住在你们里面吗？如果有人毁坏神的殿，神必要毁坏这人，因为神的殿是圣洁的，这殿就是你们。

到那日，你们就知道我是在我父里面，你们是在我里面，我也在你们里面。那领受我的命令，并且遵守的，就是爱我的；爱我的，我父必定爱他，我也要爱他，并且要亲自向他显现。”犹大（不是加略人犹大）对耶稣说：“主啊，你为什么要亲自向我们显现，不向世人显现呢？”耶稣回答：“人若爱我，就要遵守我的话，我父必定爱他，并且我们要到他那里去，跟他住在一起。不爱我的，就不会遵守我的话。你们所听见的道，不是我的，而是那差我来的父的道。“我还跟你们在一起的时候，就对你们讲了这些事。但保惠师，就是父因我的名要差来的圣灵，他要把一切事教导你们，也要使你们想起我对你们所说过的一切话。
