The king pled with the prophet,“ Seek the favor of the LORD your God and pray for me, so that my hand may be restored.” So the prophet sought the LORD’s favor and the king’s hand was restored to its former condition.

王对神人说：“请你为我祷告，求耶和华你神的恩典使我的手复原。”于是神人祈祷耶和华，王的手就复了原，仍如寻常一样。

王对神人说：“求你为我向耶和华你的神求情，又为我祷告，使我的手复原。”于是神人向耶和华求情，王的手就复了原，像起先一样。

王對神人說：「請你為我禱告，求耶和華－你神的恩典使我的手復原。」於是神人祈禱耶和華，王的手就復了原，仍如尋常一樣。

王應時對神人說：『請為我禱告，求求永恆主你的上帝的情面，使我的手能縮回來。』神人一求永恆主的情面，王的手就縮回了來，像起先一樣。

王謂上帝僕曰、請爾為我祈禱、求爾上帝耶和華施恩、俾我手復原、上帝僕求於耶和華、王手遂愈如初、

王告上帝之僕曰、請爾在爾上帝耶和華前祈禱、俾我手得愈。上帝之僕求於耶和華前、王手遂愈、仍如平時。

王謂神人曰、請爾禱主爾之天主、為我祈求、使我手得愈、神人禱主、王之手遂愈、仍如平時、

Then the king said to the man of God,“ Intercede with the Lord your God and pray for me that my hand may be restored.” So the man of God interceded with the Lord, and the king’s hand was restored and became as it was before.

King Jeroboam spoke to the man of God. He said,“ Pray to the Lord your God for me. Pray that my hand will be as good as new again.” So the man of God prayed to the Lord for the king. And the king’s hand became as good as new. It was just as healthy as it had been before.

And the king said to the man of God,“ Entreat now the favor of the Lord your God, and pray for me, that my hand may be restored to me.” And the man of God entreated the Lord, and the king’s hand was restored to him and became as it was before.

The king cried out to the man of God,“ Please ask the Lord your God to restore my hand again!” So the man of God prayed to the Lord, and the king’s hand was restored and he could move it again.

Then the king responded to the man of God,“ Plead for the favor of the LORD your God and pray for me so that my hand may be restored to me.” So the man of God pleaded for the favor of the LORD, and the king’s hand was restored to him and became as it had been at first.

And the king responded and said to the man of God,“ Please appease the Lord your God and pray for me, so that my hand may be restored to me.” So the man of God appeased the Lord, and the king’s hand was restored to him, and it became as it was before.

Then the king answered and said to the man of God,“ Please entreat the favor of the Lord your God, and pray for me, that my hand may be restored to me.” So the man of God entreated the Lord, and the king’s hand was restored to him, and became as before.

And the king answered and said unto the man of God, Entreat now the favor of Jehovah thy God, and pray for me, that my hand may be restored me again. And the man of God entreated Jehovah, and the king’s hand was restored him again, and became as it was before.

Then the king responded to the man of God,“ Plead for the favor of the Lord your God and pray for me so that my hand may be restored to me.” So the man of God pleaded for the favor of the Lord, and the king’s hand was restored to him and became as it had been at first.

And the king answered and said unto the man of God, Intreat now the face of the LORD thy God, and pray for me, that my hand may be restored me again. And the man of God besought the LORD, and the king’s hand was restored him again, and became as[ it was] before.

The king answered the man of God,“ Now intercede for the favor of Yahweh your God, and pray for me, that my hand may be restored me again.” The man of God interceded with Yahweh, and the king’s hand was restored to him again, and became as it was before.

So now, forgive my sin this time only, and pray to the LORD your God that he would only take this death away from me.”

But Simon replied,“ You pray to the Lord for me so that nothing of what you have said may happen to me.”

Pray to the LORD, for the mighty thunderings and hail are too much! I will release you and you will stay no longer.”

Then Pharaoh summoned Moses and Aaron and said,“ Pray to the LORD that he may take the frogs away from me and my people, and I will release the people that they may sacrifice to the LORD.”

“ But I say to you who are listening: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you,bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.

Then the people came to Moses and said,“ We have sinned, for we have spoken against the LORD and against you. Pray to the LORD that he would take away the snakes from us.” So Moses prayed for the people.

Pharaoh said,“ I will release you so that you may sacrifice to the LORD your God in the desert. Only you must not go very far. Do pray for me.”

As far as I am concerned, far be it from me to sin against the LORD by ceasing to pray for you! I will instruct you in the way that is good and upright.

Then Moses and Aaron went out from Pharaoh, and Moses cried to the LORD because of the frogs that he had brought on Pharaoh.The LORD did as Moses asked– the frogs died out of the houses, the villages, and the fields.

All the people said to Samuel,“ Pray to the LORD your God on behalf of us– your servants– so we won’t die, for we have added to all our sins by asking for a king.”

King Zedekiah sent Jehucal son of Shelemiah and the priest Zephaniah son of Maaseiah to the prophet Jeremiah. He told them to say,“ Please pray to the LORD our God on our behalf.”

So confess your sins to one another and pray for one another so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great effectiveness.Elijah was a human being like us, and he prayed earnestly that it would not rain and there was no rain on the land for three years and six months!Then he prayed again, and the sky gave rain and the land sprouted with a harvest.

[ But Jesus said,“ Father, forgive them, for they don’t know what they are doing.”] Then they threw dice to divide his clothes.

Listen! I am going to make those people from the synagogue of Satan– who say they are Jews yet are not, but are lying– Look, I will make them come and bow down at your feet and acknowledge that I have loved you.

Bless those who persecute you, bless and do not curse.

Then Moses cried to the LORD,“ Heal her now, O God.”

But I say to you, love your enemy and pray for those who persecute you,

They said to him,“ Please grant our request and pray to the LORD your God for all those of us who are still left alive here. For, as you yourself can see, there are only a few of us left out of the many there were before.Pray that the LORD your God will tell us where we should go and what we should do.”The prophet Jeremiah answered them,“ Agreed! I will indeed pray to the LORD your God as you have asked. I will tell you everything the LORD replies in response to you. I will not keep anything back from you.”

Then he fell to his knees and cried out with a loud voice,“ Lord, do not hold this sin against them!” When he had said this, he died.

Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

Also, take your flocks and your herds, just as you have requested, and leave. But bless me also.”
