“ As for you, go back home. When you set foot in your city, the boy will die.

They said to him,“ A man came up to meet us and said to us,‘ Go, return to the king who sent you and say to him,“ This is what the Lord says:‘ Is it because there is no God in Israel that you are sending messengers to inquire of Baal zebub, the god of Ekron? Therefore you will not get down from the bed upon which you have lain, but you shall certainly die.’ ” ’ ”

He will give up Israel because of the sins of Jeroboam, which he committed and with which he misled Israel into sin.”Then Jeroboam’s wife arose and departed, and came to Tirzah. As she was entering the threshold of the house, the child died.

Take ten loaves with you, some pastries, and a jar of honey, and go to him. He will tell you what will happen to the boy.”

Jesus* said to him,“ Go; your son is alive.” The man believed the word that Jesus spoke to him and went home.And as he was now going down, his slaves met him, saying that his son was alive.So he inquired of them the hour when he began to get better. Then they said to him,“ Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him.”
