Then two scoundrels came and sat opposite him and brought charges against Naboth before the people, saying,“ Naboth has cursed both God and the king.” So they took him outside the city and stoned him to death.

Then two worthless and evil men came and sat across from him. They brought charges against Naboth in front of the people. The two men said,“ Naboth has cursed God and the king.” So they took him outside the city. They killed him by throwing stones at him.

And the two worthless men came in and sat opposite him. And the worthless men brought a charge against Naboth in the presence of the people, saying,“ Naboth cursed God and the king.” So they took him outside the city and stoned him to death with stones.

Then the two scoundrels came and sat down across from him. And they accused Naboth before all the people, saying,“ He cursed God and the king.” So he was dragged outside the town and stoned to death.

The two villains arrived and sat opposite him. Then the villains testified against Naboth right before the people, saying,“ Naboth cursed God and the king.” So they dragged him outside the city and stoned him to death.

The two men, the wicked fellows, came in and sat before him. The wicked fellows testified against him, even against Naboth, in the presence of the people, saying,“ Naboth cursed God and the king!” Then they carried him out of the city and stoned him to death with stones.

‘昨天我實在看見了拿伯的血和他兒子們的血（這是耶和華的宣告）；我要在這塊田地上報應你（這是耶和華的宣告）。’現在你要按著耶和華的話，把他抬起來丟在田裡。”

全城的人就要用石頭打死他；這樣，你就把那惡從你們中間除掉。以色列眾人聽見了，就都懼怕。

從那時起，彼拉多想釋放耶穌；可是猶太人卻喊叫說：“如果你釋放這個人，就不是凱撒的忠臣了。凡是自命為王的，就是與凱撒為敵。”

作假見證陷害鄰舍的人，就像大鎚、快刀和利箭。

如果有強橫的見證人起來，指證某人作惡，那麼，兩個彼此爭訟的人，就要站在耶和華面前，和當時在職的祭司與審判官面前。審判官要仔細查問；如果見證人是個假證人，作假見證陷害自己的兄弟，你們就要像他想怎樣對待自己的兄弟一樣對待他，這樣，你就把那惡從你們中間除掉。其餘的人聽見了，就必害怕，不敢再在你中間行這樣的惡事了。你的眼睛不可顧惜，要以命償命，以眼還眼，以牙還牙，以手還手，以腳還腳。”

“不可作假證供陷害你的鄰舍。

說謊的假證人，和在弟兄中散布紛爭的人。

求你不要照著我敵人的心願，把我交給他們，因為有作假見證的人起來攻擊我，並且口出兇暴的話。

我又看見日光之下所發生一切欺壓的事：受欺壓的流淚，卻無人安慰他們；欺壓他們的，手裡握著權柄，因此無人安慰受欺壓的。

就要把那少女帶到她父家的門口，本城的人要用石頭把她打死，因為她在以色列中作了醜事，在她父家行了淫亂；這樣，你就把那惡從你們中間除去。

作假見證的必難免受懲罰；吐出謊言的終必滅亡。

伯特利的祭司亞瑪謝派人向以色列王耶羅波安報告：“阿摩司在以色列家中圖謀背叛你，這國家不能容忍他說的話；

只要你伸手打擊他所有的一切，他一定當面褻瀆你。”

約書亞和全體以色列人一起把謝拉的曾孫亞干和那銀子、那件衣服、那金條，以及亞干的兒女、牛、驢、羊、帳棚和他所有的一切，都帶上亞割谷去。約書亞說：“你為甚麼給我們招惹災禍呢？今天耶和華必使你遭受災禍。”於是全體以色列人用石頭把他打死。他們用石頭打死他們以後，就把一切用火燒了。

我們看這個人就像瘟疫一樣，是煽動普天下猶太人生亂的人，又是拿撒勒派的首領。

作假見證的必難免受懲罰；吐出謊言的必不能逃脫。

不要在意念中咒罵君王，也不要在臥房中咒罵財主，因為空中的飛鳥會傳聲，有翅膀的會述說這事。

控告他說：“我們查出這個人煽惑我們的同胞，阻止納稅給凱撒，並且自稱是基督，是王。”

有幾位經學家彼此說：“這個人在說僭妄的話。”

輪流設宴的日子一過，約伯就差人去叫他們自潔。他清早起來，按他們的數目獻上燔祭。因為他心裡想：“說不定孩子犯了罪，心中褻瀆了神。”約伯經常這樣作。

有許多人作假證供控告他，但他們的證供各不相符。有幾個人站起來，作假證供控告他說：“我們聽他說過：‘我要拆毀這座人手所造的聖所，三日之內要另建一座不是人手所造的聖所。’”就是這樣的見證，他們也不一致。

於是他們唆使眾人，說：“我們聽過他說謗瀆摩西和神的話。”

他妻子對他說：“難道你還要堅守自己的純全嗎？你不如放棄神，死掉算了。”

這以色列婦人的兒子褻瀆耶和華的名，咒詛耶和華的名，人就把他帶到摩西那裡。（他母親名叫示羅密，是但支派底伯利的女兒。）他們拘留看守那人，等候耶和華給他們的指示。耶和華對摩西說：“把那咒詛聖名的人拉出營外，聽見的人都按手在他頭上。然後全體會眾要扔石頭打死他。你要告訴以色列人：咒詛神的，必擔當自己的罪。褻瀆耶和華聖名的人，必被處死，全體會眾要扔石頭打他；不論是寄居的外人或是本地人，如果褻瀆聖名，必被處死。

眾人大聲喊叫，掩著耳朵，一齊向他衝過去，把他推出城外，用石頭打他。那些證人把自己的衣服，放在一個名叫掃羅的青年人腳前。他們用石頭打司提反的時候，他呼求說：“主耶穌啊，求你接收我的靈魂！”

你要用石頭打死他，因為他要使你離棄那領你出埃及地，脫離為奴之家的耶和華你的神。

強暴的見證人起來，盤問我所不知道的事。

“‘不可作假證供陷害你的鄰舍。

耶和華對摩西說：“那人必須處死，全體會眾要在營外用石頭把他打死。”於是全體會眾把他拉出營外，用石頭把他打死，正如耶和華吩咐摩西的。

他們必經過這地，受困迫、受飢餓；他們飢餓的時候，就惱怒，咒罵自己的王和自己的神；

萬軍之耶和華說：“我必臨近你們施行審判；我要快快指證那些行邪術的、犯姦淫的、起假誓的、在工錢上欺壓雇工的、欺壓孤兒寡婦的、屈枉寄居的和不敬畏我的。”

你們就要把他們二人帶到當地的城門口，用石頭打死他們。那少女該死，是因為她雖在城裡，卻沒有呼叫；那男人該死，是因為他玷污了鄰舍的妻子；這樣，你就把那惡從你們中間除掉。
