When Hiram heard Solomon’s message, he was greatly pleased and said,“ Praise be to the Lord today, for he has given David a wise son to rule over this great nation.”

When Hiram heard Solomon’s message, he was very pleased. He said,“ May the Lord be praised today. He has given David a wise son to rule over that great nation.”

As soon as Hiram heard the words of Solomon, he rejoiced greatly and said,“ Blessed be the Lord this day, who has given to David a wise son to be over this great people.”

When Hiram heard Solomon’s words, he greatly rejoiced and said,“ May the Lord be praised today! He has given David a wise son to be over this great people!”

And it came to pass, when Hiram heard the words of Solomon, that he rejoiced greatly, and said, Blessed[ be] the LORD this day, which hath given unto David a wise son over this great people.

When Hiram heard Solomon’s message, he was very happy. He said,“ The LORD is worthy of praise today because he has given David a wise son to rule over this great nation.”

When Hiram heard the words of Solomon, he rejoiced greatly, and said,“ Blessed is Yahweh today, who has given to David a wise son to rule over this great people.”

Praise be to the Lord your God, who has delighted in you and placed you on the throne of Israel. Because of the Lord’s eternal love for Israel, he has made you king to maintain justice and righteousness.” (niv)

Hiram king of Tyre replied by letter to Solomon:“ Because the Lord loves his people, he has made you their king.”And Hiram added:“ Praise be to the Lord, the God of Israel, who made heaven and earth! He has given King David a wise son, endowed with intelligence and discernment, who will build a temple for the Lord and a palace for himself. (niv)

How happy your people must be! How happy your officials, who continually stand before you and hear your wisdom!Praise be to the Lord your God, who has delighted in you and placed you on his throne as king to rule for the Lord your God. Because of the love of your God for Israel and his desire to uphold them forever, he has made you king over them, to maintain justice and righteousness.” (niv)

Here am I, and the children the Lord has given me. We are signs and symbols in Israel from the Lord Almighty, who dwells on Mount Zion. (niv)
