爾見亞捫王拿轄攻爾、爾則請我、為爾立王、不知爾上帝耶和華為爾之王。

你们见亚扪人的王拿辖来攻击你们，就对我说：‘我们定要一个王治理我们。’其实耶和华你们的神是你们的王。

你们见亚扪人的王拿辖来攻击你们，就对我说：‘不，要有一个王治理我们。’其实耶和华—你们的上帝是你们的王。

你们见亚扪人的王拿辖来攻击你们，就对我说：‘不，要有一个王治理我们。’其实耶和华—你们的神是你们的王。

可是你们看到亚扪王拿辖来攻击你们，就对我说，‘不行，我们要有一个王来统治我们。’其实你们的上帝耶和华就是你们的王。

可是，你们看到亚扪王拿辖来攻击你们，就对我说：‘不行，我们要有一个王来统治我们。’其实，耶和华你们的神是你们的王。

可是当你们看到亚扪人的王纳哈什来攻击你们，就对我说：‘不，我们必须要一个王统治我们。’其实耶和华你们的神就是你们的王。

可是，你們看到亞捫王拿轄來攻擊你們，就對我說：‘不行，我們要有一個王來統治我們。’其實，耶和華你們的神是你們的王。

你們見亞捫人的王拿轄來攻打你們，你們就對我說：「不，總要有一個王來管理我們」；其實永恆主你們的上帝乃是你們的王。

可是當你們看到亞捫人的王納哈什來攻擊你們，就對我說：『不，我們必須要一個王統治我們。』其實耶和華你們的神就是你們的王。

爾見亞捫王拿轄來攻爾、則謂我曰、必有一王治我、是時爾上帝耶和華為爾之王、

爾見亞捫王拿轄來攻爾、爾則向我曰、必當有王治理我、不知惟主爾之天主為爾之王、

“ But when you saw that Nahash king of the Ammonites was moving against you, you said to me,‘ No, we want a king to rule over us’— even though the Lord your God was your king.

“ But then you saw that Nahash, the king of Ammon, was about to attack you. So you said to me,‘ No! We want a king to rule over us.’ You said it even though the Lord your God was your king.

And when you saw that Nahash the king of the Ammonites came against you, you said to me,‘ No, but a king shall reign over us,’ when the Lord your God was your king.

“ But when you were afraid of Nahash, the king of Ammon, you came to me and said that you wanted a king to reign over you, even though the Lord your God was already your king.

But when you saw that Nahash king of the Ammonites was coming against you, you said to me,‘ No, we must have a king reign over us’— even though the LORD your God is your king.

But when you saw that Nahash the king of the sons of Ammon was coming against you, you said to me,‘ No, but a king shall reign over us!’ Yet the Lord your God was your king.

And when you saw that Nahash king of the Ammonites came against you, you said to me,‘ No, but a king shall reign over us,’ when the Lord your God was your king.

And when ye saw that Nahash the king of the children of Ammon came against you, ye said unto me, Nay, but a king shall reign over us; when Jehovah your God was your king.

But when you saw that Nahash king of the Ammonites was coming against you, you said to me,‘ No, we must have a king rule over us’— even though the Lord your God is your king.

And when ye saw that Nahash the king of the children of Ammon came against you, ye said unto me, Nay; but a king shall reign over us: when the LORD your God[ was] your king.

“ When you saw that King Nahash of the Ammonites was advancing against you, you said to me,‘ No! A king will rule over us’– even though the LORD your God is your king!

“ When you saw that Nahash the king of the children of Ammon came against you, you said to me,‘ No, but a king shall reign over us;’ when Yahweh your God was your king.

其田曰、我不治爾、子孫亦不治爾、治爾者乃耶和華也。

曰、爾年已邁、爾子不肖、請爾簡立一王、以治理我、無異他國。撒母耳聞民欲立王、以治其事、意甚不悅、禱於耶和華。耶和華諭之曰、可從民言、彼不第棄爾、乃亦棄我、不欲我治理之。

爾之上帝、救爾出諸患難艱苦者、爾遺棄之、求立一王、今日爾當至此、循爾支派億兆、立於耶和華前。

亞捫王拿轄至基列之雅疋、建營攻之、雅疋人謂拿轄曰、與我結約、我服事爾。拿轄曰、抉爾右目、以辱以色列眾、則可。

昔爾求我、欲得王公、護爾城邑、今爾王安在、士師安在、

惟爾今日攻擊其家、取其子七十人、殺於石上、立其婢之子亞庇米力為示劍王、豈非為爾兄弟之私乎。

宇內屬我、爾果聽我言、守我約、則於列國中、我必以爾為寶、亦為祭司之國、成聖之民、役事於我、爾以此言告於以色列族。

耶和華為我聽訟、耶和華為我立法、耶和華為我治理、必加拯救、

自昔迄今、上帝作我之君、援我於斯土兮、

在雅各家無咎、在以色列無戾、上帝耶和華其王也、民得其祐、歡聲而呼。

其子不肖、惟利是視、受賄反正。

我將與爾、及爾歷代苗裔、立我永約、為爾及爾裔之上帝、

民不聽從撒母耳言、曰、我欲得王、為我治理、導我戰鬥、無異他國。

如是亞庇米力逆父殺兄弟七十人、上帝視其罪而報施焉。示劍人之惡、上帝亦報之、耶路巴力子約擔之詛臨其上。
