扫罗就对以色列众人说：“你们站在一边，我与我儿子约拿单也站在一边。”百姓对扫罗说：“你看怎样好就去行吧！”

于是扫罗对以色列众人说：“你们站在这里，我和我的儿子约拿单站在那边。”众民回答扫罗：“你看怎么好，就怎么行吧！”

他对全体以色列人说：“你们站在这一边，我和我儿子约拿单在那一边。”军兵对扫罗说：“你看怎样好就怎样做吧！”

掃羅就對以色列眾人說：「你們站在一邊，我與我兒子約拿單也站在一邊。」百姓對掃羅說：「你看怎樣好就去行吧！」

掃羅對以色列眾人說：「你們站在一邊，我與我兒子約拿單也站在一邊。」百姓對掃羅說：「你看怎樣好就做吧！」

掃羅對以色列眾人說：「你們站在一邊，我與我兒子約拿單也站在一邊。」百姓對掃羅說：「你看怎樣好就做吧！」

掃羅對以色列眾人說：「你們站在這邊，我和我的兒子約拿單站在那邊。」眾人答道：「就照你的意思。」

於是掃羅對以色列眾人說：“你們站在這裡，我和我的兒子約拿單站在那邊。”眾民回答掃羅：“你看怎麼好，就怎麼行吧！”

掃羅對以色列眾人說：『你們過去在一邊，我和我兒子約拿單過來在一邊』；人民對掃羅說：『你看怎麼好，就怎麼行吧。』

他對全體以色列人說：「你們站在這一邊，我和我兒子約拿單在那一邊。」軍兵對掃羅說：「你看怎樣好就怎樣做吧！」

乃謂以色列眾曰、爾曹在彼、我與我子約拿單在此、民曰、爾視為善者行之、

乃申命於以色列族曰、汝眾在彼、我與我子約拿單在此。民曰、爾任意以行。

掃羅謂以色列人曰、爾眾在彼、我與我子約拿單在此、民謂掃羅曰、爾以為當如何行則行之、

Saul then said to all the Israelites,“ You stand over there; I and Jonathan my son will stand over here.”“ Do what seems best to you,” they replied.

Then Saul said to all the Israelites,“ You stand over there. I and my son Jonathan will stand over here.”“ Do what you think is best,” they replied.

Then he said to all Israel,“ You shall be on one side, and I and Jonathan my son will be on the other side.” And the people said to Saul,“ Do what seems good to you.”

Then Saul said,“ Jonathan and I will stand over here, and all of you stand over there.” And the people responded to Saul,“ Whatever you think is best.”

So he said to all Israel,“ You will be on one side, and I and my son Jonathan will be on the other side.” And the troops replied,“ Do whatever you want.”

Then he said to all Israel,“ You shall be on one side, and I and my son Jonathan will be on the other side.” And the people said to Saul,“ Do what seems good to you.”

Then he said to all Israel,“ You be on one side, and my son Jonathan and I will be on the other side.” And the people said to Saul,“ Do what seems good to you.”

Then said he unto all Israel, Be ye on one side, and I and Jonathan my son will be on the other side. And the people said unto Saul, Do what seemeth good unto thee.

So he said to all Israel,“ You will be on one side, and I and my son Jonathan will be on the other side.” And the troops replied,“ Do whatever you want.”

“ Do all that you have in mind,” his armor-bearer said.“ Go ahead; I am with you heart and soul.” (niv)

Saul said,“ Let us go down and pursue the Philistines by night and plunder them till dawn, and let us not leave one of them alive.”“ Do whatever seems best to you,” they replied. But the priest said,“ Let us inquire of God here.” (niv)

The king’s officials answered him,“ Your servants are ready to do whatever our lord the king chooses.” (niv)
