為所行的不義受不義的工錢。他們喜愛白晝狂歡，他們已被玷污，又有瑕疵，正與你們一同歡宴，以自己的詭詐為樂。他們滿眼是淫色，是止不住的罪，引誘心不堅定的人，心中習慣了貪婪，正是被詛咒的種類。他們離棄了正路，走入歧途，隨從比珥的兒子巴蘭的路；巴蘭就是那貪愛不義的工錢的人，

這些狗貪食，不知飽足。這些牧人不知明辨，他們都偏行己路，人人追求自己的利益。

你們為何踐踏我所吩咐獻在我居所的祭物和供物呢？你為何尊重你的兒子過於尊重我，將我百姓以色列所獻美好的祭物都拿去養肥你們自己呢？』

萬軍之耶和華說：「甚願你們中間有人把殿的門關上，免得你們徒然在我壇上燒火。我不喜歡你們，也不從你們手中悅納供物。」

因為我從以色列人的平安祭中，把這搖祭的胸和這舉祭的腿給亞倫祭司和他子孫，作為他們在以色列人中永遠當得的份。」
