Saul said nothing that day, for he thought,“ Something must have happened to David to make him ceremonially unclean— surely he is unclean.”

Saul didn’t say anything that day. He said to himself,“ Something must have happened to David to make him‘ unclean.’ That must be why he isn’t here.”

Yet Saul did not say anything that day, for he thought,“ Something has happened to him. He is not clean; surely he is not clean.”

Saul didn’t say anything about it that day, for he said to himself,“ Something must have made David ceremonially unclean.”

Saul did not say anything that day because he thought,“ Something unexpected has happened; he must be ceremonially unclean— yes, that’s it, he is unclean.”

凡摸他床的人，要洗衣服，用水洗澡，必不潔淨到晚上。

「這些都能使你們不潔淨。凡摸牠們屍體的，必不潔淨到晚上。

凡用腳掌行走，四足行走的動物，對你們是不潔淨的；凡摸牠們屍體的，必不潔淨到晚上。

他說：「為平安來的，我來是要向耶和華獻祭。你們要使自己分別為聖，來跟我一同獻祭。」撒母耳把耶西和他眾兒子分別為聖，請他們來一同獻祭。

任何人在田野裏摸了被刀殺的，或自然死的，或人的骨頭，或墳墓，就必不潔淨七天。

這些羣聚動物對你們都是不潔淨的。在牠們死後，凡摸了牠們屍體的，必不潔淨到晚上。

「女人月經期間，有血從體內流出，她必不潔淨七天；凡摸她的，必不潔淨到晚上。在不潔淨期間，女人所躺的東西都不潔淨，所坐的任何東西也不潔淨。凡摸她床的，要洗衣服，用水洗澡，必不潔淨到晚上；

「人若遺精，他要用水洗全身，必不潔淨到晚上。無論是衣服或皮革，若沾染了精液，要用水洗淨，必不潔淨到晚上。

但不潔淨的人若吃了獻給耶和華平安祭的肉，這人必從民中剪除。若有人摸了不潔之物，無論是人體的不潔淨，或是不潔的牲畜，或是不潔的可憎之物，再吃了獻給耶和華平安祭的肉，這人必從民中剪除。」

人若吃了那已死的走獸，要把衣服洗淨，必不潔淨到晚上。人若搬動了那已死的走獸，要把衣服洗淨，必不潔淨到晚上。
