三十个首领中有三个，下到亚杜兰洞附近的磐石那里去见大卫；非利士人的军队在利乏音谷安营。

我大声向耶和华呼求，高声向耶和华恳求。我在他面前倾吐我的苦情，在他面前陈述我的患难。我的灵在我里面软弱的时候，你知道我的道路。在我所行的路上，敌人暗设网罗陷害我。求你向我右边观看，没有人关心我；我没有逃难的地方，也没有人照顾我。耶和华啊！我向你呼求；我说：“你是我的避难所，是我在活人之地的业分。求你留心听我的呼求，因为我落到极卑微的地步；求你救我脱离逼迫我的人，因为他们比我强大。求你把我从牢狱中领出来，好让我称赞你的名；义人必环绕着我，因为你以厚恩待我。”

我要时常称颂耶和华，赞美他的话必常在我口中。

原是这世界不配有的人。他们飘流无定，在旷野、山岭、石洞和地穴栖身。

那一天大卫起来，从扫罗面前逃走，到了迦特王亚吉那里。亚吉的臣仆对亚吉说：“这不是那地的王大卫吗？那里的妇女不是指着他跳舞歌唱说：‘扫罗杀死千千，大卫杀死万万’吗？”大卫把这些话记在心里，他非常怕迦特王亚吉，就在众人面前假装神智不健全，在他们手下装疯，在城门的门扇上胡乱涂写，又让唾沫流到胡须上。亚吉就对他的臣仆说：“你们看，这个人疯了，你们为什么把他带到我这里来呢？难道我缺少疯子吗？你们竟把这人带来我面前发疯。这人怎可以进我的家呢？”

玛利沙的居民哪！我要再使那征服你的来到你那里；以色列的荣耀，必去到亚杜兰。

一个是立拿王，一个是亚杜兰王，

收割的时候，三十个首领中有三个人下到亚杜兰洞那里去见大卫；有一队非利士人在利乏音谷安营。那时大卫在山寨中，非利士人的驻军却在伯利恒。

看哪！耶和华离开自己的地方，他降下来，踏在地的高处。
