“ Don’t be afraid,” he said.“ My father Saul will not lay a hand on you. You will be king over Israel, and I will be second to you. Even my father Saul knows this.”

“ Don’t be afraid,” Jonathan reassured him.“ My father will never find you! You are going to be the king of Israel, and I will be next to you, as my father, Saul, is well aware.”

现在我知道你必要作王，以色列的王国必在你手里坚立起来。

因为只要耶西的儿子还活在这世上，你和你的国就不能稳固。现在，你要派人去把他抓到我这里来，因为他是该死的。”

所以我们可以放胆说：“主是我的帮助，我决不害怕，人能把我怎么样呢？”

为攻击你而制成的武器，都没有效用；在审判的时候兴起来与你争辩的舌头，你都必定它为有罪。这是耶和华众仆人的产业，他们的义是从我而得；这是耶和华说的。

我们到了罗马，保罗获准独自与看守他的士兵居住。

人心里的谋算很多，唯有耶和华的计划能实现。

耶和华是我的亮光，是我的救恩，我还怕谁呢？耶和华是我性命的避难所，我还惧谁呢？（本节在《马索拉文本》包括细字标题）那些作恶的，就是我的敌人、我的仇敌，他们逼近我，要吃我肉的时候，就绊跌仆倒。虽有军兵扎营攻击我，我的心也不害怕；虽然发动战争攻击我，我仍旧安稳。

虫子雅各啊！以色列人哪！你不要惧怕。我必帮助你；这是耶和华说的。你的救赎主，就是以色列的圣者。

所以，无论我什么时候到西班牙去，都希望趁我路过时和你们见面，先稍微满足我的心愿，然后由你们给我送行到那里去。

如果是出于神，你们就不能破坏他们，恐怕你们是与神作对了。”他们接受了他的劝告，

住在至高者的隐密处的，必在全能者的荫庇下安居。我要对耶和华说：“你是我的避难所，我的保障，你是我的神，我所倚靠的。”

神是我们的避难所，是我们的力量，是我们在患难中随时都可得到的帮助。因此，地虽然震动，群山虽然崩塌入海洋的深处，我们也不害怕。

把低微的安置在高位，把哀恸的高举于安稳之处；又挫败狡猾人的计谋，使他们的手所作的无法成全；他使有智慧的人中了自己的诡计，使奸诈人的谋算快快失败。他们白天遇见黑暗，中午摸索如在夜间。他拯救穷乏人脱离他们口中的刀剑，脱离强暴人的手；

不要惧怕，因为我与你同在；不要四处张望，因为我是你的神，我必坚固你，我必帮助你；我必用公义的右手扶持你。

你们这小群，不要怕，因为你们的父乐意把国赐给你们。

敬畏耶和华的，大有倚靠；他的子孙也有避难所。
