The men said,“ This is the day the Lord spoke of when he said to you,‘ I will give your enemy into your hands for you to deal with as you wish.’” Then David crept up unnoticed and cut off a corner of Saul’s robe.

David’s men said,“ This is the day the Lord told you about. He said to you,‘ I will hand your enemy over to you. Then you can deal with him as you want to.’ ” So David came up close to Saul without being seen. He cut off a corner of Saul’s robe.

And the men of David said to him,“ Here is the day of which the Lord said to you,‘ Behold, I will give your enemy into your hand, and you shall do to him as it shall seem good to you.’” Then David arose and stealthily cut off a corner of Saul’s robe.

“ Now’s your opportunity!” David’s men whispered to him.“ Today the Lord is telling you,‘ I will certainly put your enemy into your power, to do with as you wish.’” So David crept forward and cut off a piece of the hem of Saul’s robe.

so they said to him,“ Look, this is the day the LORD told you about:‘ I will hand your enemy over to you so you can do to him whatever you desire.’” Then David got up and secretly cut off the corner of Saul’s robe.

Then David’s men said to him,“ Behold, this is the day of which the Lord said to you,‘ Behold; I am about to hand your enemy over to you, and you shall do to him as it seems good to you.’ ” Then David got up and cut off the edge of Saul’s robe secretly.

Then the men of David said to him,“ This is the day of which the Lord said to you,‘ Behold, I will deliver your enemy into your hand, that you may do to him as it seems good to you.’” And David arose and secretly cut off a corner of Saul’s robe.

And the men of David said unto him, Behold, the day of which Jehovah said unto thee, Behold, I will deliver thine enemy into thy hand, and thou shalt do to him as it shall seem good unto thee. Then David arose, and cut off the skirt of Saul’s robe privily.

David’s men said to him,“ Behold, the day of which Yahweh said to you,‘ Behold, I will deliver your enemy into your hand, and you shall do to him as it shall seem good to you.’” Then David arose, and cut off the skirt of Saul’s robe secretly.

亚比筛对大卫说：“今天神把你的仇敌交在你手中了。现在，请让我用长矛把他一枪刺透在地，不用第二枪。”大卫对亚比筛说：“不要杀害他！有谁对耶和华的受膏者下手而能免受罪责呢？”大卫又说：“我指着耶和华的永生起誓：一定是耶和华来击打他——或是到了所定的日子而死，或是出战阵亡；耶和华绝不允许我对耶和华的受膏者下手。现在，去把他头旁的长矛和水瓶拿过来，然后我们就走！”

愿耶和华按着各人的公义和信实回报他！因为耶和华今天把你交在了我手中，我却不愿意对耶和华的受膏者下手。

看哪，今天你亲眼看到了，在洞穴里，耶和华把你交在了我手中。有人说要杀你，我却顾惜你，说：‘我绝不对我主下手，因为他是耶和华的受膏者。’

有人告诉扫罗：“大卫到了基伊拉。”扫罗就说：“神把他交在我手中了，因为他进入一座有门有闩的城，把自己关在里面了。”

今天显明你是以善待我：耶和华把我交在了你手中，你却没有杀我。

求你饶恕女仆的过犯！耶和华必定为我主建立一个坚固的家，因为我主是为耶和华争战；在你一生的日子里，在你身上必找不到任何过犯。“即使有人起来追赶你，寻索你的性命，我主的性命却必裹藏在耶和华你的神生命的囊中。至于你仇敌的性命，耶和华必甩出去，像从投石索的兜囊中甩出去那样。当耶和华成就他向我主所应许的一切福份，任命你作以色列领袖的时候，

对他说：“不要怕，因为我父亲扫罗的手害不了你。你必作以色列的王，我将在你之下位居第二，连我父亲扫罗也知道会这样。”
