He led David down, and there they were, scattered over the countryside, eating, drinking and reveling because of the great amount of plunder they had taken from the land of the Philistines and from Judah.

He led David down to where the men were. They were scattered all over the countryside. They were eating and drinking and dancing wildly. That’s because they had taken a large amount of goods from those they had attacked. They had taken it from the land of the Philistines and from the people of Judah.

And when he had taken him down, behold, they were spread abroad over all the land, eating and drinking and dancing, because of all the great spoil they had taken from the land of the Philistines and from the land of Judah.

So he led David to them, and they found the Amalekites spread out across the fields, eating and drinking and dancing with joy because of the vast amount of plunder they had taken from the Philistines and the land of Judah.

So he led him, and there were the Amalekites, spread out over the entire area, eating, drinking, and celebrating because of the great amount of plunder they had taken from the land of the Philistines and the land of Judah.

押沙龙吩咐仆人说：“你们注意，看暗嫩饮酒畅快的时候，我对你们说杀暗嫩，你们便杀他，不要惧怕。这不是我吩咐你们的吗？你们只管壮胆奋勇！” (cunps)

人正说“平安稳妥”的时候，灾祸忽然临到他们，如同产难临到怀胎的妇人一样，他们绝不能逃脱。 (cunps)

住在地上的人就为他们欢喜快乐，互相馈送礼物，因这两位先知曾叫住在地上的人受痛苦。过了这三天半，有生气从神那里进入他们里面，他们就站起来；看见他们的人甚是害怕。两位先知听见有大声音从天上来，对他们说：“上到这里来。”他们就驾着云上了天，他们的仇敌也看见了。正在那时候，地大震动，城就倒塌了十分之一，因地震而死的有七千人；其余的都恐惧，归荣耀给天上的神。 (cunps)

那时候的人又吃又喝，又娶又嫁，到挪亚进方舟的那日，洪水就来，把他们全都灭了。又好像罗得的日子；人又吃又喝，又买又卖，又耕种又盖造。到罗得出所多玛的那日，就有火与硫磺从天上降下来，把他们全都灭了。 (cunps)

伯沙撒王为他的一千大臣设摆盛筵，与这一千人对面饮酒。伯沙撒欢饮之间，吩咐人将他父尼布甲尼撒从耶路撒冷殿中所掠的金银器皿拿来，王与大臣、皇后、妃嫔好用这器皿饮酒。于是他们把耶路撒冷神殿库房中所掠的金器皿拿来，王和大臣、皇后、妃嫔就用这器皿饮酒。他们饮酒，赞美金、银、铜、铁、木、石所造的神。 (cunps)

窥探的人看见一个人从城里出来，就对他说：“求你将进城的路指示我们，我们必恩待你。”那人将进城的路指示他们，他们就用刀击杀了城中的居民，但将那人和他全家放去。 (cunps)

他对他们说：“耶和华以色列的神这样说：‘你们各人把刀跨在腰间，在营中往来，从这门到那门，各人杀他的弟兄与同伴并邻舍。’”利未的子孙照摩西的话行了。那一天百姓中被杀的约有三千。 (cunps)

我们侵夺了基利提的南方和属犹大的地，并迦勒地的南方，又用火烧了洗革拉。” (cunps)

亚比该到拿八那里，见他在家里设摆筵席，如同王的筵席；拿八快乐大醉。亚比该无论大小事都没有告诉他，就等到次日早晨。到了早晨，拿八醒了酒，他的妻将这些事都告诉他，他就魂不附体，身僵如石头一般。过了十天，耶和华击打拿八，他就死了。 (cunps)

谁知，人倒欢喜快乐，宰牛杀羊，吃肉喝酒，说：“我们吃喝吧！因为明天要死了。” (cunps)

次日清早，百姓起来献燔祭和平安祭，就坐下吃喝，起来玩耍。 (cunps)

恶人夸胜是暂时的，不敬虔人的喜乐不过转眼之间吗？ (cunps)

然后要对我的灵魂说：灵魂哪，你有许多财物积存，可作多年的费用，只管安安逸逸地吃喝快乐吧！’神却对他说：‘无知的人哪，今夜必要你的灵魂；你所预备的要归谁呢？’ (cunps)

非利士人的首领聚集，要给他们的神大衮献大祭，并且欢乐，因为他们说：“我们的神将我们的仇敌参孙交在我们手中了。”众人看见参孙，就赞美他们的神说：“我们的神将毁坏我们地、杀害我们许多人的仇敌交在我们手中了。”他们正宴乐的时候，就说：“叫参孙来，在我们面前戏耍戏耍。”于是将参孙从监里提出来，他就在众人面前戏耍。他们使他站在两柱中间。参孙向拉他手的童子说：“求你让我摸着托房的柱子，我要靠一靠。”那时房内充满男女，非利士人的众首领也都在那里。房的平顶上约有三千男女观看参孙戏耍。参孙求告耶和华说：“主耶和华啊，求你眷念我。神啊，求你赐我这一次的力量，使我在非利士人身上报那剜我双眼的仇。”参孙就抱住托房的那两根柱子：左手抱一根，右手抱一根，说：“我情愿与非利士人同死！”就尽力屈身，房子倒塌，压住首领和房内的众人。这样，参孙死时所杀的人比活着所杀的还多。 (cunps)

“你们要谨慎，恐怕因贪食、醉酒，并今生的思虑累住你们的心，那日子就如同网罗忽然临到你们；因为那日子要这样临到全地上一切居住的人。 (cunps)

约书亚一听见百姓呼喊的声音，就对摩西说：“在营里有争战的声音。”摩西说：“这不是人打胜仗的声音，也不是人打败仗的声音；我所听见的乃是人歌唱的声音。”摩西挨近营前就看见牛犊，又看见人跳舞，便发烈怒，把两块版扔在山下摔碎了， (cunps)
