He took all the flocks and herds, and his men drove them ahead of the other livestock, saying,“ This is David’s plunder.”

He brought back all the flocks and herds. His men drove them on ahead of the other livestock. They said,“ Here’s what David has captured.”

David also captured all the flocks and herds, and the people drove the livestock before him, and said,“ This is David’s spoil.”

He also recovered all the flocks and herds, and his men drove them ahead of the other livestock.“ This plunder belongs to David!” they said.

And the sons of Israel took captive the women of Midian and their little ones; and they plundered all their cattle, all their flocks, and all their property.Then they burned all their cities where they lived and all their encampments.And they took all the plunder and all the spoils, both of people and of livestock.They brought the captives and the spoils and the plunder to Moses, to Eleazar the priest, and to the congregation of the sons of Israel, to the camp at the plains of Moab which are by the Jordan, opposite Jericho.

When Jehoshaphat and his people came to take their spoils, they found much among them, including goods, garments, and valuable things which they took for themselves, more than they could carry. And they were taking the spoils for three days because there was so much.

But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us.

Therefore, I will allot Him a portion with the great, And He will divide the plunder with the strong, Because He poured out His life unto death, And was counted with wrongdoers; Yet He Himself bore the sin of many, And interceded for the wrongdoers.
