And in fact, you do love all of God’s family throughout Macedonia. Yet we urge you, brothers and sisters, to do so more and more,

In fact, you do love all God’s family all around Macedonia. Brothers and sisters, we are asking you to love one another more and more.

for that indeed is what you are doing to all the brothers throughout Macedonia. But we urge you, brothers, to do this more and more,

Indeed, you already show your love for all the believers throughout Macedonia. Even so, dear brothers and sisters, we urge you to love them even more.

In fact, you are doing this toward all the brothers and sisters in the entire region of Macedonia. But we encourage you, brothers and sisters, to do this even more,

for indeed you practice it toward all the brothers and sisters who are in all Macedonia. But we urge you, brothers and sisters, to excel even more,

and indeed you do so toward all the brethren who are in all Macedonia. But we urge you, brethren, that you increase more and more;

for indeed ye do it toward all the brethren that are in all Macedonia. But we exhort you, brethren, that ye abound more and more;

In fact, you are doing this toward all the brothers in the entire region of Macedonia. But we encourage you, brothers, to do so even more,

And indeed ye do it toward all the brethren which are in all Macedonia: but we beseech you, brethren, that ye increase more and more;

And indeed you are practicing it toward all the brothers and sisters in all of Macedonia. But we urge you, brothers and sisters, to do so more and more,

for indeed you do it toward all the brothers who are in all Macedonia. But we exhort you, brothers, that you abound more and more;

We ought always to thank God for you, brothers and sisters, and rightly so, because your faith is growing more and more, and the love all of you have for one another is increasing. (niv)

May the Lord make your love increase and overflow for each other and for everyone else, just as ours does for you. (niv)

And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, (niv)

And so you became a model to all the believers in Macedonia and Achaia. (niv)

I am not commanding you, but I want to test the sincerity of your love by comparing it with the earnestness of others.For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sake he became poor, so that you through his poverty might become rich.And here is my judgment about what is best for you in this matter. Last year you were the first not only to give but also to have the desire to do so. (niv)

And now, brothers and sisters, we want you to know about the grace that God has given the Macedonian churches.In the midst of a very severe trial, their overflowing joy and their extreme poverty welled up in rich generosity. (niv)

Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead,I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.All of us, then, who are mature should take such a view of things. And if on some point you think differently, that too God will make clear to you. (niv)

But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen. (niv)

because we have heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and of the love you have for all God’s people— (niv)

because I hear about your love for all his holy people and your faith in the Lord Jesus.I pray that your partnership with us in the faith may be effective in deepening your understanding of every good thing we share for the sake of Christ.Your love has given me great joy and encouragement, because you, brother, have refreshed the hearts of the Lord’s people. As for other matters, brothers and sisters, we instructed you how to live in order to please God, as in fact you are living. Now we ask you and urge you in the Lord Jesus to do this more and more. (niv)
