我必赐福给你，使你的后裔多如天上的星和海边的沙。你的后裔必占领仇敌的城池，

耶和华对我说，‘你儿子所罗门必建造我的殿宇和庭院，因为我拣选他做我的儿子，我也必做他的父亲。倘若他像今天一样继续坚守我的诫命和典章，我必使他的国度永远稳固。’

雅各的子孙多如尘土，谁能数得清？谁能数清以色列人的四分之一？我愿像义人一样死去，如义人般终此一生。”

你离世归到祖先那里的时候，我必使你的一位后裔继承你的王位，使他的国坚立。他要为我建造殿宇，我必使他王位永固。我要做他的父亲，他要做我的儿子。我的慈爱曾离开在你之前的扫罗王，但我的慈爱必不离开他。我要使他永远治理我的家和我的国。他的王位必永远稳固。’”

我的上帝耶和华啊，你让仆人继承我父亲大卫的王位，但仆人还年幼无知，不懂得如何治理国家。仆人住在你所拣选的子民中，这些子民多得不可胜数。
