論福，我必賜大福給你；論子孫，我必叫你的子孫多起來，如同天上的星，海邊的沙。你子孫必得着仇敵的城門，

我一次指着自己的聖潔起誓：我決不向大衛說謊！他的後裔要存到永遠；他的寶座在我面前如日之恆一般，又如月亮永遠堅立，如天上確實的見證。（細拉）

耶和華對我說：『你兒子所羅門必建造我的殿和院宇；因為我揀選他作我的子，我也必作他的父。他若恆久遵行我的誡命典章如今日一樣，我就必堅定他的國位，直到永遠。』

誰能數點雅各的塵土？誰能計算以色列的四分之一？我願如義人之死而死；我願如義人之終而終。

耶和華－我的神啊，如今你使僕人接續我父親大衛作王；但我是幼童，不知道應當怎樣出入。僕人住在你所揀選的民中，這民多得不可勝數。
