O Lord God, let your word to David my father be now fulfilled, for you have made me king over a people as numerous as the dust of the earth.

Now, Lord God, let your promise to my father David be confirmed, for you have made me king over a people who are as numerous as the dust of the earth.

Lord God, let the promise you gave to my father David come true. You have made me king. My people are as many as the dust of the earth. They can’t be counted.

O Lord God, please continue to keep your promise to David my father, for you have made me king over a people as numerous as the dust of the earth!

When your days are fulfilled and you lie down with your fathers, I will raise up your offspring after you, who shall come from your body, and I will establish his kingdom.He shall build a house for my name, and I will establish the throne of his kingdom forever.I will be to him a father, and he shall be to me a son. When he commits iniquity, I will discipline him with the rod of men, with the stripes of the sons of men,but my steadfast love will not depart from him, as I took it from Saul, whom I put away from before you.And your house and your kingdom shall be made sure forever before me. Your throne shall be established forever.’”

I will make your offspring as the dust of the earth, so that if one can count the dust of the earth, your offspring also can be counted.

The Lord swore to David a sure oath from which he will not turn back:“ One of the sons of your body I will set on your throne.If your sons keep my covenant and my testimonies that I shall teach them, their sons also forever shall sit on your throne.”

I will surely bless you, and I will surely multiply your offspring as the stars of heaven and as the sand that is on the seashore. And your offspring shall possess the gate of his enemies,

Once for all I have sworn by my holiness; I will not lie to David.His offspring shall endure forever, his throne as long as the sun before me.Like the moon it shall be established forever, a faithful witness in the skies.” Selah

He said to me,‘ It is Solomon your son who shall build my house and my courts, for I have chosen him to be my son, and I will be his father.I will establish his kingdom forever if he continues strong in keeping my commandments and my rules, as he is today.’

Who can count the dust of Jacob or number the fourth part of Israel? Let me die the death of the upright, and let my end be like his!”

And now, O Lord God, confirm forever the word that you have spoken concerning your servant and concerning his house, and do as you have spoken.And your name will be magnified forever, saying,‘ The Lord of hosts is God over Israel,’ and the house of your servant David will be established before you.For you, O Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, have made this revelation to your servant, saying,‘ I will build you a house.’ Therefore your servant has found courage to pray this prayer to you.And now, O Lord God, you are God, and your words are true, and you have promised this good thing to your servant.Now therefore may it please you to bless the house of your servant, so that it may continue forever before you. For you, O Lord God, have spoken, and with your blessing shall the house of your servant be blessed forever.”

And now, O Lord, let the word that you have spoken concerning your servant and concerning his house be established forever, and do as you have spoken,and your name will be established and magnified forever, saying,‘ The Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, is Israel’s God,’ and the house of your servant David will be established before you.For you, my God, have revealed to your servant that you will build a house for him. Therefore your servant has found courage to pray before you.And now, O Lord, you are God, and you have promised this good thing to your servant.Now you have been pleased to bless the house of your servant, that it may continue forever before you, for it is you, O Lord, who have blessed, and it is blessed forever.”

When your days are fulfilled to walk with your fathers, I will raise up your offspring after you, one of your own sons, and I will establish his kingdom.He shall build a house for me, and I will establish his throne forever.I will be to him a father, and he shall be to me a son. I will not take my steadfast love from him, as I took it from him who was before you,but I will confirm him in my house and in my kingdom forever, and his throne shall be established forever.’”

And now, O Lord my God, you have made your servant king in place of David my father, although I am but a little child. I do not know how to go out or come in.And your servant is in the midst of your people whom you have chosen, a great people, too many to be numbered or counted for multitude.
