万军之耶和华说，你们要认真反省自己的行为。

现在，你们要全心全意地寻求你们的上帝耶和华，去建造耶和华上帝的圣所，好将祂的约柜和圣洁器皿都放在里面。”

王听了这些话，十分愁烦，一心想救但以理，直到日落都在筹划解救之道。

大卫说：“耶和华上帝的殿和以色列人献燔祭的坛要在这里。”

如果你们认为自己的土地不洁净，可以搬到耶和华的土地跟我们一起居住，这里有耶和华的圣幕。只是不可在耶和华的祭坛以外，自己另筑祭坛，以致背叛耶和华，连累我们。

上帝啊！我的心坚定不移，我要用心灵歌颂你。

不要敲诈勒索，不要妄想靠偷盗发财，即使财富增多，也不要倚靠它。

你们的上帝耶和华要在你们众支派中选一个地方作祂的居所，你们要去那里敬拜祂，把你们的燔祭及其他祭物、十一奉献、举祭、还愿祭、自愿献的祭和头生的牛羊带到那里。

上帝若决定收回自己的灵和气，

有许多以法莲人、玛拿西人、以萨迦人和西布伦人没有洁净自己就吃了逾越节的羊羔，违背了律法的规定。希西迦就为他们祷告说：“凡诚心寻求他祖先的上帝耶和华的人，虽然没有照圣所的律例洁净自己，愿良善的耶和华赦免他！”

要将耶和华当得的荣耀归给祂，要将供物献给祂，要穿上圣洁的衣服敬拜祂。

靠你得力量、向往到锡安朝见你的人有福了！他们走过流泪谷，这谷就变成泉源之地，秋雨使谷中水塘遍布。他们越走越有力，都要到锡安朝见上帝。

你们不可随处向耶和华献燔祭。耶和华会在你们的一个支派中选定敬拜的场所，你们只可以在那里献燔祭，做我吩咐你们的一切事。

“要谨记我今天警告你们的话，要吩咐你们的子孙谨遵这律法上的话。

他到达后，看见上帝所赐的恩典，就万分高兴，劝勉他们要全心地忠于主。

你们祭司借我子民的赎罪祭自肥，满心希望他们犯罪。

但那些不把耶和华的话放在心上的，仍把他们的奴仆和牲畜留在田间。

撒母耳对他们说：“如果你们全心归向耶和华，就要除掉你们那些外族的神明，包括亚斯她录神像，一心归向耶和华，单单事奉祂，祂必从非利士人手中救你们。”于是，他们除掉了巴力和亚斯她录神像，单单事奉耶和华。

然而，有些亚设人、玛拿西人和西布伦人谦卑悔改，来到耶路撒冷。

你们要把我吩咐你们献的燔祭、各种牲祭、十一奉献、举祭和一切还愿祭带到你们的上帝耶和华选定的敬拜场所。
