Those from every tribe of Israel who set their hearts on seeking the Lord, the God of Israel, followed the Levites to Jerusalem to offer sacrifices to the Lord, the God of their ancestors.

Some people from every tribe in Israel followed the Levites to Jerusalem. With all their hearts they wanted to worship the Lord. He is the God of Israel. They came to Jerusalem to offer sacrifices to him. He was the God of their people of long ago.

And those who had set their hearts to seek the Lord God of Israel came after them from all the tribes of Israel to Jerusalem to sacrifice to the Lord, the God of their fathers.

From all the tribes of Israel, those who sincerely wanted to worship the Lord, the God of Israel, followed the Levites to Jerusalem, where they could offer sacrifices to the Lord, the God of their ancestors.

Those from every tribe of Israel who had determined in their hearts to seek the LORD their God followed the Levites to Jerusalem to sacrifice to the LORD, the God of their ancestors.

And after the Levites left, those from all the tribes of Israel, such as set their heart to seek the Lord God of Israel, came to Jerusalem to sacrifice to the Lord God of their fathers.

And after them, out of all the tribes of Israel, such as set their hearts to seek Jehovah, the God of Israel, came to Jerusalem to sacrifice unto Jehovah, the God of their fathers.

他又招集了猶大便雅憫眾人，和在他們中間寄居的以法蓮人、瑪拿西人、西緬人：有許多以色列人來投奔亞撒，因為看見了永恆主他的上帝和他同在。

如今萬軍之永恆主這麼說：你們要用心想想你們所行的。

王聽見了這話，就非常難過，立意要解救但以理；他苦思焦慮到日落、要援救他。

大衛吩咐了人招聚以色列地的寄居者，又派立了石匠鑿石頭、砍削好好，要建造上帝的殿。

不過你們所擁為產業之地如果不潔淨，你們儘可以過來永恆主所擁為產業之地、他帳幕所居的地方，在我們中間來擁得產業啊；卻不可背叛永恆主，也不可背棄我們，而在永恆主我們的上帝的祭壇以外、為自己築了祭壇啊。

上帝啊，我的心堅定；我要歌頌，我要唱揚，哦，我的肝腸啊，

不要靠勒索之利，也不要因搶奪而變為虛妄；資財若生息增加，不要放在心上。

不，永恆主你們的上帝從你們眾族派中選擇了甚麼地方做立他名的所在，你們就要到那地方、訪問他的居所；要將你們的燔祭、和別的祭物、你們的十分之一獻物、和手奉的提獻物、你們的還願祭、和自願獻的祭、以及牛羣羊羣中頭胎的、都帶到那裏；

他若將生氣收回於自己，將氣息收拾歸自己，

實際上眾民中有大部分、屬以法蓮、瑪拿西、以薩迦、西布倫的人、許多沒有潔淨自己、便喫逾越節的羊羔，不遵照所記載的例：希西家就為他們禱告說：『凡立定心意、專一尋求上帝、永恆主他們列祖的上帝的，雖不遵照潔聖的潔淨禮，但願至善的永恆主也赦宥他。』

要將永恆主的名應得的榮耀獻歸於他；帶供物來到他面前。要用聖別的威儀敬拜永恆主；

在你裏面得力量、心裏嚮往於上殿階的、這人有福啊！他們經過鳳仙樹的乾燥谷，也能使它變為泉源之地，並有秋雨使泥塘滿處都是。他們行走、力上加力，各人朝見上帝於錫安。

你要謹慎、不可在你所看到的任何地方隨便獻上你的燔祭；總要在你族派中的一派、永恆主所選擇的地方、在那裏獻上你的燔祭，在那裏行我所吩咐你的一切事。

就對他們說：『我今日所鄭重警諭你們的一切話、你們都要放在心上，好吩咐你們的子孫謹慎遵行這律法的一切話。

巴拿巴到了那裏，看見上帝的恩，就歡喜，又鼓勵眾人以心中的定志緊依附着主。

他們以我人民的罪而自肥，他們因人民的罪孽而高興。

但那不把永恆主這話放在心上的、就將奴僕和牲畜留在田地裏。

撒母耳對以色列全家說：『你們若一心回轉來歸向永恆主，把外人的神從你們中間除掉，也除掉亞斯他錄，立定心意歸向永恆主，單單事奉他，他就援救你們脫離非利士人的手。』以色列人就除掉眾巴力和亞斯他錄，單單事奉永恆主。

然而亞設、瑪拿西、西布倫中也有人自己謙卑、來到耶路撒冷。

那時你們就必須有一個地方、是永恆主你們的上帝所選擇、做他名之居所的地方；你們要將我所吩咐你們獻的：燔祭、和別的祭物、十分之一獻物、和手奉的提獻物、以及一切最好的還願祭、就是你們所許願獻與永恆主的、都帶到那地方。
