先知曰、耶和華離民不遠、將加眷顧、爾當乘時祈求。

猶大族眾發誓、一心崇耶和華、蒙其施恩、錫綏四方、忻喜不勝。

耶和華曰、異邦之人、向未求予者、今將求予、而我聞之、向未謁予者、今將謁予、而我見之、向未歸予者、今將歸予、而我在其左右。選民違逆、任意為非、我終日舉手勸迪。

然在遠方、爾如一心一意、求爾上帝耶和華、亦可得之、至於季世、爾遇艱辛、我所言之災、加乎爾身、斯時也、爾若歸爾上帝耶和華、而聽其命、

彼必曰、耶和華既戕我、必醫痊我、既擊我、必彌縫我、莫若歸之、

籲耶和華曰、舍我上帝、服事巴力、我實有罪。耶和華諭以色列族曰、我豈非拯爾於埃及人、亞摩哩人、亞捫人、非利士人者乎。昔西頓人、亞馬力人、馬雲人虐爾、爾籲時、我援爾於其手。汝乃棄我、事他上帝、故不復救爾。爾所簡之上帝、爾可籲之、使彼拯爾於難。以色列族曰、我已犯罪、任爾譴責、惟祈今日得救為幸。遂去他上帝、事耶和華。耶和華見以色列族困苦、則中心愀然。

民逢禍患、主聞其籲、復加眷顧兮、

以賽亞侃侃言曰、未求我者、我遇之、未請我者、我見之、

以色列族因蹈愆尤、遂致殞沒、當歸誠爾之上帝耶和華、籲告之曰、請宥我愆、加以恩寵、口為頌祝、以代牲牷。我不求救於亞述、不恃驍騎、不稱所作之像為我上帝、無父之子、惟爾矜憫、

以色列族籲耶和華、耶和華挺生迦勒弟、基納之子阿得業援以色列族。耶和華之神感之、為以色列族士師、導之以戰、耶和華以古山哩薩田付於其手、使之獲勝。
