我要把它放在那些折磨你的人手中；他們曾對你說：『趴下，讓我們踩著你過去！』你就把自己的背當作地面、當作街道，任人踩著過去。」

大衛派人把她帶來。她進到大衛那裡，大衛就與她同睡——那時她正在從月事的汙穢中得潔淨——之後她回家去了。

管教譏諷者的，自取羞辱；責備惡人的，自招虧損。不要責備譏諷者，免得他恨你；要責備智慧人，他必愛你。指教智慧人，他就更有智慧；教導義人，他就增添學問。
