則於會中言於眾、曰、約沙法王、與猶大族耶路撒冷民、宜聽我言。耶和華云、爾勿畏葸、懼斯有眾、蓋攻敵者、非爾、乃上帝也。

曰、猶大人眾、耶路撒冷居民、約沙法王、爾其聽之、主告爾如是云、勿因此群眾畏葸恐懼、蓋與敵戰者非爾、乃天主也、

He said:“ Listen, King Jehoshaphat and all who live in Judah and Jerusalem! This is what the Lord says to you:‘ Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army. For the battle is not yours, but God’s.

Jahaziel said,“ King Jehoshaphat, listen! All you who live in Judah and Jerusalem, listen! The Lord says to you,‘ Do not be afraid. Do not lose hope because of this huge army. The battle is not yours. It is God’s.

And he said,“ Listen, all Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem and King Jehoshaphat: Thus says the Lord to you,‘ Do not be afraid and do not be dismayed at this great horde, for the battle is not yours but God’s.

He said,“ Listen, all you people of Judah and Jerusalem! Listen, King Jehoshaphat! This is what the Lord says: Do not be afraid! Don’t be discouraged by this mighty army, for the battle is not yours, but God’s.

and he said,“ Listen carefully, all Judah and you inhabitants of Jerusalem, and King Jehoshaphat. This is what the LORD says:‘ Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast number, for the battle is not yours, but God’s.

and he said,“ Listen, all you of Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and King Jehoshaphat: This is what the Lord says to you:‘ Do not fear or be dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours but God’s.

And he said,“ Listen, all you of Judah and you inhabitants of Jerusalem, and you, King Jehoshaphat! Thus says the Lord to you:‘ Do not be afraid nor dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours, but God’s.

and he said, Hearken ye, all Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat: Thus saith Jehovah unto you, Fear not ye, neither be dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God’s.

and he said,“ Listen carefully, all Judah and you inhabitants of Jerusalem, and King Jehoshaphat. This is what the Lord says:‘ Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast number, for the battle is not yours, but God’s.

He said:“ Pay attention, all you people of Judah, residents of Jerusalem, and King Jehoshaphat! This is what the LORD says to you:‘ Don’t be afraid and don’t panic because of this huge army! For the battle is not yours, but God’s.

and he said,“ Listen, all Judah, and you inhabitants of Jerusalem, and you, king Jehoshaphat. Yahweh says to you,‘ Don’t be afraid, and don’t be dismayed because of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God’s.

“你们要坚强勇敢，不要因亚述王和他统领的大军惧怕惊慌；因为和我们同在的，比和他们同在的更多。和他们同在的，不过是人血肉的手臂；和我们同在的，却是耶和华我们的神，他必帮助我们，为我们作战。”众民因犹大王希西家的话都得着鼓励了。

也使这些人群都知道，耶和华拯救人不是靠刀，不是靠枪，因为战争的胜败在于耶和华，他必把你们交在我们的手里。”

耶和华亲自在你前头行，与你同在；他决不撇下你，也不离弃你；你不要害怕，也不要惊慌。”

你们要坚强勇敢；不要害怕，也不要因他们畏惧，因为耶和华你的神与你同去；他决不撇下你，也不离弃你。”

摩西对人民说：“不要惧怕，要站着，观看耶和华今天为你们施行的拯救；因为你们今天看见的埃及人，必永远不再看见了。耶和华必为你们争战，你们必须安静，不要作声。”

耶和华对约书亚说：“你不要因他们惧怕，因为明天这个时候，我必使他们全数在以色列人面前被杀；你要砍断他们的马蹄筋，焚烧他们的车辆。”

我就对你们说：‘不要惊恐，不要害怕他们。耶和华你们的神，就是那走在你们前面的那一位，他必为你们作战，好像他在埃及，在你们面前，为你们所行的一切一样，

“你出去和你的仇敌作战的时候，看见马匹、车辆和比你多的人群，你不要怕他们，因为那把你们从埃及地领上来的耶和华你的神，与你同在。

不要惧怕，因为我与你同在；不要四处张望，因为我是你的神，我必坚固你，我必帮助你；我必用公义的右手扶持你。看哪！向你发怒的都必蒙羞受辱；与你相争的人，都要如同无有，并要灭亡。与你争竞的人，你要寻找他们，却找不着；与你交战的人，都必如同无有，好像虚无。因为我，耶和华你们的神，紧握着你的右手，对你说：“不要惧怕，我必帮助你。”虫子雅各啊！以色列人哪！你不要惧怕。我必帮助你；这是耶和华说的。你的救赎主，就是以色列的圣者。看哪！我要使你成为打粮的器具，又新，又锋利，又有很多利齿；你要扬净群山，把它们压得粉碎，又使冈陵变成糠秕。你必簸扬它们，风要把它们吹去，旋风也要把它们吹散；但你要靠耶和华喜乐，以以色列的圣者夸耀。

因为耶和华你们的神和你们同去，要为你们攻打你们的仇敌，要拯救你们。’

我巡视之后，就起来，对贵族、官长和其余的人民说：“不要怕他们，要记得主是伟大可畏的，要为你们的兄弟、儿女、妻子和你们的家争战。”

但是，雅各啊！那创造你的耶和华，以色列啊！那塑造你的主，现在这样说：“不要惧怕，因为我救赎了你；我按着你的名呼召了你；你是属我的。你从水中经过的时候，我必与你同在；你渡过江河的时候，水必不淹没你；你从火中行走的时候，必不会烧伤；火焰也不会在你身上烧起来。
