侵猶大地、劫王宮貨財、擄其妻孥、惟季子約哈斯得免。

惟驕其志、逆天之主、命取厥殿之器、王公后妃、用之飲酒、譽揚金銀銅鐵木石所造之上帝、彼不見不聞、不識不知、至於賜爾呼吸、整爾步履之上帝、爾反不頌美之、

約轄告眾祭司曰、凡獻物攜金入耶和華殿者、即核民之金、與人為祭司所估之價、暨人從心所願、樂輸於耶和華殿之金。

爾有可責數事、有婦耶洗別、冒稱先知、誘我僕眾行淫、食祭偶之物、爾竟容之、

當此時、惡人將出、主以辭氣滅之、俟厥昭臨、必淪胥以亡、

彼不知所得之五穀酒油金銀、皆我所畀、彼反獻於巴力、故此酒穀膏油必奪之、不供其用、棉枲之衣必取之、不容蔽體、

爾亦取我所賜之金銀珍寶、作人之像、狥欲而行、覆之以繡衣、以我之膏油、及芬芳之品、置於其前、以我賜爾養生之麵、及油與蜜、陳於其前、以為芬馥、誠有斯事、我耶和華已言之矣。我賜爾生子女、爾以子女獻而焚之、爾狥欲若此、豈為細故。爾殺我子女、焚之以火、以敬偶像。

后曰、敵非他、哈曼是也。哈曼於王及后前、不勝股栗。

耶和華曰、越在疇昔、斯民焚香、奉事巴力、違逆乎我、譬彼婦女、以耳環金索、修飾自好、從其所懽、故我必加以罰、

義者聲名、流芳弗替、惡者姓氏、遺臭無窮。
