此事速成、乃天主感民而行、故希西家與民眾甚喜、

Hezekiah and all the people rejoiced at what God had brought about for his people, because it was done so quickly.

Hezekiah and all the people were filled with joy. That’s because everything had been done so quickly. God had provided for his people in a wonderful way.

我知上帝鑒察人心、真實無妄者、為爾所喜、我誠心樂輸、爾民亦從心所願而樂輸、我見之懽然欣喜。列祖亞伯拉罕、以撒、以色列之上帝耶和華與、願使爾民恆懷斯心、以奉事爾、

爾宗主堅立、我則生矣、我在上帝前、緣爾喜甚、將何以祝謝上帝乎、

貧者上祈、耶和華傾耳垂聽、而堅其志兮、

是日、嘉納其言者咸受洗、其數增至三千人、

圖謀事理、則在乎人、聽其祈求、則在耶和華。

蓋耶和華感亞述王心、使助建以色列族上帝之殿、故歡然守無酵節、凡歷七日。
