And when he prayed to him, the Lord was moved by his entreaty and listened to his plea; so he brought him back to Jerusalem and to his kingdom. Then Manasseh knew that the Lord is God.

Manasseh prayed to him. When he did, the Lord felt sorry for him. He answered his prayer. The Lord brought Manasseh back to Jerusalem and his kingdom. Then Manasseh knew that the Lord is God.

He prayed to him, and God was moved by his entreaty and heard his plea and brought him again to Jerusalem into his kingdom. Then Manasseh knew that the Lord was God.

And when he prayed, the Lord listened to him and was moved by his request. So the Lord brought Manasseh back to Jerusalem and to his kingdom. Then Manasseh finally realized that the Lord alone is God!

He prayed to him, and the LORD was receptive to his prayer. He granted his request and brought him back to Jerusalem, to his kingdom. So Manasseh came to know that the LORD is God.

When he prayed to Him, He was moved by him and heard his pleading, and brought him back to Jerusalem to his kingdom. Then Manasseh knew that the Lord alone is God.

He prayed to Him, so He heard his petition and granted his request, and brought him back to Jerusalem, to his kingdom. So Manasseh came to know that Yahweh is God.

And prayed unto him: and he was intreated of him, and heard his supplication, and brought him again to Jerusalem into his kingdom. Then Manasseh knew that the LORD he[ was] God.

When he prayed to the LORD, the LORD responded to him and answered favorably his cry for mercy. The LORD brought him back to Jerusalem to his kingdom. Then Manasseh realized that the LORD is the true God.

He prayed to him; and he was entreated by him, and heard his supplication, and brought him again to Jerusalem into his kingdom. Then Manasseh knew that Yahweh was God.

他們在打仗的時候得了神的幫助，夏甲人和所有跟隨夏甲人的人都交在他們手中；因為他們在陣上呼求神，倚賴他，他就應允他們。

你必被趕出離開世人，與野地的走獸同住，吃草如牛，讓天上的露水滴濕，且要經過七個時期，直等到你知道至高者在人的國中掌權，要將國賜給誰就賜給誰。

「你們祈求，就給你們；尋找，就找到；叩門，就給你們開門。因為凡祈求的，就得着；尋找的，就找到；叩門的，就給他開門。

你們要休息，要知道我是神！我必在列國中受尊崇，在全地也受尊崇。

認識你－獨一的真神，並且認識你所差來的耶穌基督，這就是永生。

你們沒有吃餅，也沒有喝清酒烈酒，好讓你們知道『我－耶和華是你們的神』。

王的心在耶和華手中像河水，他能使它隨意流轉。

神就開通世人的耳朵，把警告印在他們心上，好叫人轉離自己的行為，叫壯士遠離驕傲，攔阻人不陷入地府，不讓他命喪刀下。「人在床上被疼痛懲治，骨頭不住地掙扎，以致生命厭棄食物，心中厭惡美味。他的肉消瘦，難以看見；先前看不見的骨頭都凸出來。他的性命臨近地府，他的生命挨近滅命者。一千天使中，若有一個作傳話的臨到他，指示人所當行的事，神就施恩給他，說：『要救贖他免得下入地府，我已經得了贖價。他的肉要比孩童的肉更嫩；他就返老還童。』他向神禱告，神就悅納他；他必歡呼朝見神的面，因神恢復他的義。他在人前歌唱說：『我犯了罪，顛倒是非，卻沒有受該得的報應。神救贖我的性命免入地府，我的生命也必見光。』「看哪，神兩次、三次向人行這一切的事，為要從地府救回人的性命，使他被生命之光照耀。

耶穌回答她說：「你若知道神的恩賜，和對你說『請給我水喝』的是誰，你早就會求他，他也早就會給了你活水。」

以斯拉說：「耶和華－我們列祖的神是應當稱頌的！因他使王起這心願，使耶路撒冷耶和華的殿得榮耀，

我閉口不認罪的時候，因終日呻吟而骨頭枯乾。黑夜白日，你的手壓在我身上沉重；我的精力耗盡，如同夏天的乾旱。（細拉）我向你陳明我的罪，不隱瞞我的惡。我說：「我要向耶和華承認我的過犯」；你就赦免我的罪惡。（細拉）

當趁耶和華可尋找的時候尋找他，在他接近的時候求告他。惡人當離棄自己的道路，不義的人應除掉自己的意念。歸向耶和華，耶和華就必憐憫他；當歸向我們的神，因為他必廣行赦免。我的意念非同你們的意念，我的道路非同你們的道路。這是耶和華說的。天怎樣高過地，照樣，我的道路高過你們的道路，我的意念高過你們的意念。

他對耶穌說：「耶穌啊，你進入你國的時候，求你記念我。」耶穌對他說：「我實在告訴你，今日你要同我在樂園裏了。」

你們呼求我，向我禱告，我就應允你們。你們尋求我，若專心尋求我，就必尋見。

我要賜給他們認識我的心，認識我是耶和華。他們要作我的子民，我要作他們的神，他們要一心歸向我。』」

你們要先求神的國和他的義，這些東西都要加給你們了。

他們各人不用教導自己的鄉親和自己的弟兄，說：你要認識主；因為從最小的到最大的，他們都要認識我。

耶和華已將自己顯明，他已施行審判；惡人被自己手所做的纏住了。（細拉）

你若歸向全能者，就必得建立。你要從你帳棚中遠離不義，

「時候到了，我－尼布甲尼撒舉目望天，我的知識復歸於我，我就稱頌至高者，讚美尊敬活到永遠的神。他的權柄存到永遠，他的國度存到萬代。地上所有的居民都算為虛無；在天上萬軍和地上居民中，他都憑自己的旨意行事。無人能攔住他的手，或問他說，你在做甚麼呢？

主啊，你本為良善，樂於饒恕人，以豐盛的慈愛對待凡求告你的人。

人所行的若蒙耶和華喜悅，耶和華也使仇敵與他和好。

你要向他禱告，他就聽你；你也要還你的願。
