He then made ten basins for washing and placed five on the south side and five on the north. In them the things to be used for the burnt offerings were rinsed, but the Sea was to be used by the priests for washing.

Solomon made ten smaller bowls for washing. He placed five of them on the south side of the huge bowl. He placed the other five on the north side. The things used for the burnt offerings were rinsed in the smaller bowls. But the priests used the huge bowl for washing.

户兰又做了盆子、铲子和碗。这样，户兰为所罗门王完成了在耶和华的殿里所要作的一切工程。

“你要做一个铜盆和一个铜座，用来洗濯。你要把盆放在会幕和祭坛之间，并且要把水放在盆中。亚伦和他的儿子要在盆里洗手洗脚。他们进会幕的时候，或是走近祭坛敬拜，给耶和华焚烧火祭的时候，都要用水洗濯，免得死亡。他们要洗手洗脚，免得死亡。这要作他们永远的定例，就是作亚伦和他的后裔世世代代永远的定例。”

又铸造了一个铜海，直径有四公尺半，是圆形的，高两公尺两公寸，圆周有十三公尺两公寸。

又从那信实的见证人、死人中首先复生的、地上众君王的统治者耶稣基督临到你们。他爱我们，用自己的血把我们从我们的罪中释放出来，又使我们成为国度，作他父神的祭司。愿荣耀权能都归给他，直到永永远远。阿们。

那人又要用水洗净内脏和腿；祭司就把这一切全献在祭坛上焚烧，作为燔祭，就是献给耶和华馨香的火祭。

何况基督的血呢？他藉着永远的灵，把自己无瑕无疵的献给神，他的血不是更能洁净我们的良心脱离致死的行为，使我们可以事奉永活的神吗？

那人又要用水洗净内脏和腿，祭司就把这一切全献在祭坛上焚烧，作为燔祭，就是献给耶和华馨香的火祭。

你们有些人从前也是这样的，但现在藉着我们主耶稣基督的名，靠着我们神的灵，都已经洗净了，圣洁了，称义了。

求你彻底洗净我的罪孽，洁除我的罪。

照着天上样式作的既然必须这样去洁净，天上物体的本身，就应该用更美的祭品去洁净了。

我对他说：“我主啊，你是知道的。”他告诉我：“这些人是从大患难中出来的。他们用羊羔的血，把自己的衣袍洗洁白了。

你要把亚伦和他儿子们带到会幕门口，用水给他们洗身。
