Also at the same time Solomon kept the feast seven days, and all Israel with him, a very great congregation, from the entering in of Hamath unto the river of Egypt.

So Solomon observed the festival at that time for seven days, and all Israel with him— a vast assembly, people from Lebo Hamath to the Wadi of Egypt.

At that time Solomon celebrated the Feast of Booths for seven days. The whole community of Israel was with him. It was a huge crowd. People came from as far away as Lebo Hamath and the Wadi of Egypt.

At that time Solomon held the feast for seven days, and all Israel with him, a very great assembly, from Lebo-hamath to the Brook of Egypt.

For the next seven days Solomon and all Israel celebrated the Festival of Shelters. A large congregation had gathered from as far away as Lebo hamath in the north and the Brook of Egypt in the south.

So Solomon and all Israel with him— a very great assembly, from the entrance to Hamath to the Brook of Egypt— observed the festival at that time for seven days.

In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates:

And at that time Solomon held a feast, and all Israel with him, a great congregation, from the entering in of Hamath unto the river of Egypt, before the LORD our God, seven days and seven days,[ even] fourteen days.

And the border shall fetch a compass from Azmon unto the river of Egypt, and the goings out of it shall be at the sea.And[ as for] the western border, ye shall even have the great sea for a border: this shall be your west border.And this shall be your north border: from the great sea ye shall point out for you mount Hor:From mount Hor ye shall point out[ your border] unto the entrance of Hamath; and the goings forth of the border shall be to Zedad:

And on the second day were gathered together the chief of the fathers of all the people, the priests, and the Levites, unto Ezra the scribe, even to understand the words of the law.And they found written in the law which the LORD had commanded by Moses, that the children of Israel should dwell in booths in the feast of the seventh month:And that they should publish and proclaim in all their cities, and in Jerusalem, saying, Go forth unto the mount, and fetch olive branches, and pine branches, and myrtle branches, and palm branches, and branches of thick trees, to make booths, as[ it is] written.So the people went forth, and brought[ them], and made themselves booths, every one upon the roof of his house, and in their courts, and in the courts of the house of God, and in the street of the water gate, and in the street of the gate of Ephraim.And all the congregation of them that were come again out of the captivity made booths, and sat under the booths: for since the days of Jeshua the son of Nun unto that day had not the children of Israel done so. And there was very great gladness.Also day by day, from the first day unto the last day, he read in the book of the law of God. And they kept the feast seven days; and on the eighth day[ was] a solemn assembly, according unto the manner.

And Solomon reigned over all kingdoms from the river unto the land of the Philistines, and unto the border of Egypt: they brought presents, and served Solomon all the days of his life.And Solomon’s provision for one day was thirty measures of fine flour, and threescore measures of meal,Ten fat oxen, and twenty oxen out of the pastures, and an hundred sheep, beside harts, and roebucks, and fallowdeer, and fatted fowl.For he had dominion over all[ the region] on this side the river, from Tiphsah even to Azzah, over all the kings on this side the river: and he had peace on all sides round about him.And Judah and Israel dwelt safely, every man under his vine and under his fig tree, from Dan even to Beersheba, all the days of Solomon.

And on the fifteenth day of the seventh month ye shall have an holy convocation; ye shall do no servile work, and ye shall keep a feast unto the LORD seven days:And ye shall offer a burnt offering, a sacrifice made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD; thirteen young bullocks, two rams,[ and] fourteen lambs of the first year; they shall be without blemish:And their meat offering[ shall be of] flour mingled with oil, three tenth deals unto every bullock of the thirteen bullocks, two tenth deals to each ram of the two rams,And a several tenth deal to each lamb of the fourteen lambs:And one kid of the goats[ for] a sin offering; beside the continual burnt offering, his meat offering, and his drink offering.And on the second day[ ye shall offer] twelve young bullocks, two rams, fourteen lambs of the first year without spot:And their meat offering and their drink offerings for the bullocks, for the rams, and for the lambs,[ shall be] according to their number, after the manner:And one kid of the goats[ for] a sin offering; beside the continual burnt offering, and the meat offering thereof, and their drink offerings.And on the third day eleven bullocks, two rams, fourteen lambs of the first year without blemish;And their meat offering and their drink offerings for the bullocks, for the rams, and for the lambs,[ shall be] according to their number, after the manner:And one goat[ for] a sin offering; beside the continual burnt offering, and his meat offering, and his drink offering.And on the fourth day ten bullocks, two rams,[ and] fourteen lambs of the first year without blemish:Their meat offering and their drink offerings for the bullocks, for the rams, and for the lambs,[ shall be] according to their number, after the manner:And one kid of the goats[ for] a sin offering; beside the continual burnt offering, his meat offering, and his drink offering.And on the fifth day nine bullocks, two rams,[ and] fourteen lambs of the first year without spot:And their meat offering and their drink offerings for the bullocks, for the rams, and for the lambs,[ shall be] according to their number, after the manner:And one goat[ for] a sin offering; beside the continual burnt offering, and his meat offering, and his drink offering.And on the sixth day eight bullocks, two rams,[ and] fourteen lambs of the first year without blemish:And their meat offering and their drink offerings for the bullocks, for the rams, and for the lambs,[ shall be] according to their number, after the manner:And one goat[ for] a sin offering; beside the continual burnt offering, his meat offering, and his drink offering.And on the seventh day seven bullocks, two rams,[ and] fourteen lambs of the first year without blemish:And their meat offering and their drink offerings for the bullocks, for the rams, and for the lambs,[ shall be] according to their number, after the manner:And one goat[ for] a sin offering; beside the continual burnt offering, his meat offering, and his drink offering.On the eighth day ye shall have a solemn assembly: ye shall do no servile work[ therein]:But ye shall offer a burnt offering, a sacrifice made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD: one bullock, one ram, seven lambs of the first year without blemish:Their meat offering and their drink offerings for the bullock, for the ram, and for the lambs,[ shall be] according to their number, after the manner:And one goat[ for] a sin offering; beside the continual burnt offering, and his meat offering, and his drink offering.

Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, The fifteenth day of this seventh month[ shall be] the feast of tabernacles[ for] seven days unto the LORD.On the first day[ shall be] an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work[ therein].Seven days ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD: on the eighth day shall be an holy convocation unto you; and ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD: it[ is] a solemn assembly;[ and] ye shall do no servile work[ therein].These[ are] the feasts of the LORD, which ye shall proclaim[ to be] holy convocations, to offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD, a burnt offering, and a meat offering, a sacrifice, and drink offerings, every thing upon his day:Beside the sabbaths of the LORD, and beside your gifts, and beside all your vows, and beside all your freewill offerings, which ye give unto the LORD.Also in the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when ye have gathered in the fruit of the land, ye shall keep a feast unto the LORD seven days: on the first day[ shall be] a sabbath, and on the eighth day[ shall be] a sabbath.And ye shall take you on the first day the boughs of goodly trees, branches of palm trees, and the boughs of thick trees, and willows of the brook; and ye shall rejoice before the LORD your God seven days.And ye shall keep it a feast unto the LORD seven days in the year.[ It shall be] a statute for ever in your generations: ye shall celebrate it in the seventh month.Ye shall dwell in booths seven days; all that are Israelites born shall dwell in booths:That your generations may know that I made the children of Israel to dwell in booths, when I brought them out of the land of Egypt: I[ am] the LORD your God.

Now the Jews’ feast of tabernacles was at hand.

But, behold, I will raise up against you a nation, O house of Israel, saith the LORD the God of hosts; and they shall afflict you from the entering in of Hemath unto the river of the wilderness.

Howbeit we know this man whence he is: but when Christ cometh, no man knoweth whence he is.Then cried Jesus in the temple as he taught, saying, Ye both know me, and ye know whence I am: and I am not come of myself, but he that sent me is true, whom ye know not.But I know him: for I am from him, and he hath sent me.Then they sought to take him: but no man laid hands on him, because his hour was not yet come.And many of the people believed on him, and said, When Christ cometh, will he do more miracles than these which this[ man] hath done?The Pharisees heard that the people murmured such things concerning him; and the Pharisees and the chief priests sent officers to take him.Then said Jesus unto them, Yet a little while am I with you, and[ then] I go unto him that sent me.Ye shall seek me, and shall not find[ me]: and where I am,[ thither] ye cannot come.Then said the Jews among themselves, Whither will he go, that we shall not find him? will he go unto the dispersed among the Gentiles, and teach the Gentiles?What[ manner of] saying is this that he said, Ye shall seek me, and shall not find[ me]: and where I am,[ thither] ye cannot come?In the last day, that great[ day] of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.( But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet[ given]; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)

And there assembled at Jerusalem much people to keep the feast of unleavened bread in the second month, a very great congregation.

Thou shalt observe the feast of tabernacles seven days, after that thou hast gathered in thy corn and thy wine:And thou shalt rejoice in thy feast, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite, the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that[ are] within thy gates.Seven days shalt thou keep a solemn feast unto the LORD thy God in the place which the LORD shall choose: because the LORD thy God shall bless thee in all thine increase, and in all the works of thine hands, therefore thou shalt surely rejoice.

And it shall come to pass,[ that] every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.And it shall be,[ that] whoso will not come up of[ all] the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain.And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that[ have] no[ rain]; there shall be the plague, wherewith the LORD will smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.This shall be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all nations that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.

From Sihor, which[ is] before Egypt, even unto the borders of Ekron northward,[ which] is counted to the Canaanite: five lords of the Philistines; the Gazathites, and the Ashdothites, the Eshkalonites, the Gittites, and the Ekronites; also the Avites:From the south, all the land of the Canaanites, and Mearah that[ is] beside the Sidonians, unto Aphek, to the borders of the Amorites:And the land of the Giblites, and all Lebanon, toward the sunrising, from Baalgad under mount Hermon unto the entering into Hamath.
