所以，你们要把下垂的手、发酸的腿挺起来；

我要求父，父就另外赐给你们一位保惠师，叫他永远与你们同在，

你是我藏身之处；你必保佑我脱离苦难，以得救的乐歌四面环绕我。细拉

我的心必因耶和华夸耀；谦卑人听见，就要喜乐。你们和我当称耶和华为大，一同高举他的名。我曾寻求耶和华，他就应允我，救我脱离了一切的恐惧。凡仰望他的，便有光荣；他们的脸，必不蒙羞。我这困苦人呼求，耶和华便垂听，救我脱离一切患难。

到那日，你必说：“耶和华啊，我要称谢你！因为你虽然向我发怒，你的怒气却已转消；你又安慰了我。

凡敬畏神的人，你们都来听！我要述说他为我所行的事。

耶和华如此说：“我要使平安延及她，好像江河，使列国的荣耀延及她，如同涨溢的河。你们要从中享受；你们必蒙抱在肋旁，摇弄在膝上。母亲怎样安慰儿子，我就照样安慰你们；你们也必因耶路撒冷得安慰。你们看见，就心中快乐；你们的骨头必得滋润像嫩草一样；而且耶和华的手向他仆人所行的必被人知道；他也要向仇敌发恼恨。

但保惠师，就是父因我的名所要差来的圣灵，他要将一切的事指教你们，并且要叫你们想起我对你们所说的一切话。

我向你陈明我的罪，不隐瞒我的恶。我说：“我要向耶和华承认我的过犯。”你就赦免我的罪恶。细拉

我不撇下你们为孤儿，我必到你们这里来。

耶路撒冷的荒场啊，要发起欢声，一同歌唱；因为耶和华安慰了他的百姓，救赎了耶路撒冷。

我们既多受基督的苦楚，就靠基督多得安慰。我们受患难呢，是为叫你们得安慰，得拯救；我们得安慰呢，也是为叫你们得安慰；这安慰能叫你们忍受我们所受的那样苦楚。

故此，我们得了安慰。并且在安慰之中，因你们众人使提多心里畅快欢喜，我们就更加欢喜了。

所以，你们当用这些话彼此劝慰。

耶和华已经安慰锡安和锡安一切的荒场，使旷野像伊甸，使沙漠像耶和华的园囿；在其中必有欢喜、快乐、感谢，和歌唱的声音。

并且那在主里的弟兄多半因我受的捆锁就笃信不疑，越发放胆传神的道，无所惧怕。

不饥不渴，炎热和烈日必不伤害他们；因为怜恤他们的必引导他们，领他们到水泉旁边。

求你向我显出恩待我的凭据，叫恨我的人看见便羞愧，因为你耶和华帮助我，安慰我。
