You are judging by appearances. If anyone is confident that they belong to Christ, they should consider again that we belong to Christ just as much as they do.

You are judging only by how things look on the surface. Suppose someone is sure they belong to Christ. Then they should consider again that we belong to Christ just as much as they do.

Look at what is before your eyes. If anyone is confident that he is Christ’s, let him remind himself that just as he is Christ’s, so also are we.

他們自稱是基督的僕人，我說句狂話，我更是！我比他們更辛苦，坐牢更多，身受更重的鞭打，經常出生入死。

如果你們當中有人自認為是先知或屬靈的人，他就應該知道我現在所寫的是主的命令。

我不是自由的嗎？我不是使徒嗎？我不是見過我們的主耶穌嗎？你們不是我在主裡工作的成果嗎？

你們屬於基督，基督屬於上帝。

你們若屬於基督，就是亞伯拉罕的後裔，都是照著上帝的應許承受產業的人。

我的意思是你們有人說：「我是跟隨保羅的」，有人說：「我是跟隨亞波羅的」，有人說：「我是跟隨彼得的」，有人說：「我是跟隨基督的」。

你們以為我在你們中間的時候很溫和，不在你們中間的時候卻很嚴厲。如今，我保羅以基督的謙卑和溫柔親自勸你們：

耶穌對他們說：「你們在人面前自以為義，但上帝能看透你們的心。因為世人所看重的東西在上帝看來卻是可憎的。

既然你們要我證明是基督藉著我說話，那麼你們當知道，基督處理你們這類的事絕不軟弱，祂在你們當中充滿力量。

但耶和華對撒母耳說：「不要看他相貌堂堂、身材高大，我要選的不是他。耶和華不像世人那樣看人，人看外表，耶和華看內心。」

因為徒具外表的猶太人不是真正的猶太人，身體上的割禮也不是真正的割禮。唯有從心裡做猶太人的才是真猶太人，真割禮是藉著聖靈在心裡受的割禮，不在於律法條文。這樣的人得到的稱讚不是從人來的，而是從上帝來的。

「他們的所作所為是為了給人看的，他們把額上佩戴的經文盒子加寬了，又將衣裳的穗邊加長了。

既然許多人憑血氣誇口，我當然也可以誇口。

弟兄姊妹，我告訴你們，我傳的福音不是出於人的意思，因為這福音既不是我從人那裡領受的，也不是我跟人學來的，而是耶穌基督親自啟示我的。你們都聽說過我信奉猶太教時的所作所為，我怎樣殘酷地迫害上帝的教會，試圖摧毀它。

但為了叫福音的真理常在你們當中，我們絲毫沒有向他們妥協。至於那些德高望重的教會領袖，他們的地位對我來說無關緊要，因為上帝不以貌取人。他們對我所傳的並沒有增加什麼。相反，他們都已看到，上帝差遣了我向外族人傳福音，就像祂差遣了彼得向猶太人傳福音一樣。上帝感動了彼得，呼召他做猶太人的使徒，祂也同樣感動了我，呼召我做外族人的使徒。當時被譽為教會柱石的雅各、彼得和約翰明白了上帝賜給我的恩典之後，就與我和巴拿巴用右手行相交之禮，讓我們向外族人傳福音，他們向受割禮的人傳福音。

有人來傳另一位耶穌——與我們所傳的不同，或要你們接受另一個靈——與你們所接受的不同，或要你們相信另一種福音——與你們所相信的不同，你們竟欣然容忍。

然而，各人要按照先後次序復活。基督最先復活，以後祂再來時，屬祂的人也要復活。

我成了「傻瓜」是被你們逼的！你們本該稱許我才對。我雖然算不了什麼，卻沒有一點比不上那些「超級使徒」。
