使我想要誇口，也不會做糊塗人哪，因為我要說實話；只是我惜口不說，恐怕有人把我評估得太高、過於他所看見我的、或是從我聽見的。

我就是愿意夸口也不算狂，因为我必说实话；只是我禁止不说，恐怕有人把我看高了，过于他在我身上所看见所听见的。

就是我愿意夸口也不算狂，因为我会说实话；只是我绝口不谈，恐怕有人把我看得太高了，过于他在我身上所看见所听见的；

其实就算我愿意夸耀，也不算是愚妄的人，因为我会讲真理。可是我要克制，免得有人把我看高了，过于他在我身上所看到的，或是从我所听到的。

若欲自誇、亦不為狂、蓋我言乃真、但我自禁不言、恐有人以為我逾於所見於我、所聞於我者、

吾即欲誇、亦不致為狂妄、以所言皆實耳。然吾不欲多言、恐人之視我太高、超乎所見所聞於吾者。

Even if I should choose to boast, I would not be a fool, because I would be speaking the truth. But I refrain, so no one will think more of me than is warranted by what I do or say,

Suppose I decide to brag. That would not make me a fool, because I would be telling the truth. But I don’t brag, so that no one will think more of me than they should. People should judge me by what I do and say.

though if I should wish to boast, I would not be a fool, for I would be speaking the truth; But I refrain from it, so that no one may think more of me than he sees in me or hears from me.

If I wanted to boast, I would be no fool in doing so, because I would be telling the truth. But I won’t do it, because I don’t want anyone to give me credit beyond what they can see in my life or hear in my message,

For if I want to boast, I wouldn’t be a fool, because I would be telling the truth. But I will spare you, so that no one can credit me with something beyond what he sees in me or hears from me,

我再說吧，不要有人以我為糊塗；縱然如此，也要就你們所以我為糊塗的來接納我啊，讓我也可以稍微地誇口！

我成了糊塗人，是你們強逼我的。我本該受你們稱許才是呢。我雖算不了甚麼，卻沒有一件趕不上那些超等的「使徒」啊。

故此、為要使我不至於因這些啓示之高超性而過於高抬自己，便有一種刺痛給了我、在肉身上、就是撒但的使者、來折磨我，免得我過於高抬自己。

主耶穌的父上帝、那應當受祝頌萬世無窮的、知道我不撒謊。

若不然，誰能證我為撒謊，指我所說的為無物呢？』

我們是上帝之同工，你們乃是上帝之耕地、上帝之建築物。我照上帝所賜給我的恩、像聰明的工頭立好了根基，而別人在上面去建造。只是各人要謹慎、怎樣在上面建造。

我在基督裏說實話，並不撒謊；我的良知在聖靈之感動裏給我作證、

我們如果瘋癲，乃是為着上帝；如果神志清明，乃是為着你們。

主賜權柄、是要建立你們，不是要攻倒你們。我就使為我們這權柄稍微逾分地誇口，也不覺得慚愧，免得我似乎藉着信去嚇唬你們。因為有人說：「論他的書信倒有重量有魄力；及至身臨面對、卻是軟弱無力，說話又平淡可鄙」。

亞波羅到底是甚麼？保羅是甚麼？無非是僕役，你們藉着他們而相信的、照主所賜給各人的罷了。

我指着可信可靠的上帝來說：我們對你們說的話並沒有是而又非的。
