并不是我们爱了神，而是神爱了我们，差派他的儿子来，为我们的罪孽做了平息祭——在这里就是爱了。

这是因为神本性的一切丰盛完美都有形有体地居住在基督里面；

正如大家所承认的，敬神的奥秘是极大的：神以肉身显现，被圣灵证实，被天使观看，被传于万邦，被世人信仰，被接在荣耀里。

但藉着神的恩典，藉着在基督耶稣里的救赎，却无偿地被称为义。神预先定下耶稣为平息祭，是用耶稣的血、藉着人的信，为要显明神自己的义；因为他用忍耐的心，宽容人过去所犯的罪，为了在现今的时刻显明他的义，好表明他自己为义，也称信耶稣的人为义。

“我，是我为自己的缘故，抹掉你的过犯，不会记念你的罪恶。

正如大卫也论到神所算为义之人的福份，这义与行为无关；他说：“罪恶被赦免、罪孽被遮盖的人，这人是蒙福的。主绝不算为有罪的，这人是蒙福的。”

我的孩子们哪，我把这些事写给你们，免得你们犯罪。但如果有人犯了罪，在父那里我们有一位辩护者，就是那义者耶稣基督。他自己为我们的罪孽做了平息祭，不仅是为我们的罪，也是为全世界的罪。

“看哪，那童贞女要怀孕，她要生一个儿子，人们将称他的名为以马内利。”——“以马内利”翻译出来就是“神与我们同在”。

难道你不相信我就在父里面，父也在我里面吗？我对你们说的话，不是凭自己说的，而是住在我里面的父，在做他的工作。你们当相信我：我在父里面，父也在我里面。即使不信，也当因我所做的事而相信。

我在他们里面，你在我里面，愿他们能完全合一，好让世界知道是你差派了我，也知道你爱他们，就像爱我那样。

过犯得赦免、罪过被遮盖的人，是蒙福的！不被耶和华算为有罪、心里没有诡诈的人，是蒙福的！

实际上，如果他们被丢弃，使世人与神和好了，那么他们蒙接纳，如果不是从死人中复生，又是什么呢？

在那一天，你们就会明白：我在我父里面，你们在我里面，我也在你们里面。
