由此役驗爾、以爾承順基督福音、博施於彼、且及於眾、歸榮上帝、

彼見施濟、明爾悅服基督福音、厚捐金與彼及眾、歸榮上帝、

彼由此施濟之事得證據、知爾誠服基督之福音、又博施於彼及眾人、而歸榮於天主、

申言之、若輩既見爾等慈善之明徵、必因爾等之服膺聖道及急公好義、而翕然歸榮於天主矣。

Because of the service by which you have proved yourselves, others will praise God for the obedience that accompanies your confession of the gospel of Christ, and for your generosity in sharing with them and with everyone else.

You have shown yourselves to be worthy by what you have given. So other people will praise God because you obey him. That proves that you really believe the good news about Christ. They will also praise God because you share freely with them and with everyone else.

By their approval of this service, they will glorify God because of your submission that comes from your confession of the gospel of Christ, and the generosity of your contribution for them and for all others,

As a result of your ministry, they will give glory to God. For your generosity to them and to all believers will prove that you are obedient to the Good News of Christ.

Because of the proof provided by this ministry, they will glorify God for your obedient confession of the gospel of Christ, and for your generosity in sharing with them and with everyone.

Because of the proof given by this ministry, they will glorify God for your obedience to your confession of the gospel of Christ and for the liberality of your contribution to them and to all,

while, through the proof of this ministry, they glorify God for the obedience of your confession to the gospel of Christ, and for your liberal sharing with them and all men,

seeing that through the proving of you by this ministration they glorify God for the obedience of your confession unto the gospel of Christ, and for the liberality of your contribution unto them and unto all;

They will glorify God for your obedience to the confession of the gospel of Christ, and for your generosity in sharing with them and with others through the proof provided by this service.

Whiles by the experiment of this ministration they glorify God for your professed subjection unto the gospel of Christ, and for[ your] liberal distribution unto them, and unto all[ men];

Through the evidence of this service they will glorify God because of your obedience to your confession in the gospel of Christ and the generosity of your sharing with them and with everyone.

seeing that through the proof given by this service, they glorify God for the obedience of your confession to the Good News of Christ and for the generosity of your contribution to them and to all,

我为了基督的福音来到特罗阿斯的时候，虽然主为我开了门，

同样，你们的光也应当照耀在人前，使他们看见你们的美好工作，就荣耀你们在天上的父。

你们不可忘记行善和分享，因为这样的祭物是蒙神喜悦的。

要为信仰打那美好的仗，要抓住永恒的生命。你正是为此蒙召的，并且在许多见证人面前做了美好的告白。

让我们毫不动摇地持守所告白的盼望，因为向我们应许的那一位是信实的；

故此，蒙了属天召唤的同伴们，圣洁的弟兄们！你们应该思想我们信仰告白中的使者和大祭司——耶稣。

他们就因我的缘故不住地荣耀神。

所以，我们既然有一位已经越过了诸天的、尊贵的大祭司——神的儿子耶稣，我们就要持守信仰告白；

“你们为什么称呼我‘主啊，主啊！’却不遵行我所说的话呢？

如果有人讲说，要照着神的话语讲说；如果有人服事，要照着神所赐的力量服事，好让神在一切事上藉着耶稣基督得荣耀。愿荣耀和权能都归于他，直到永永远远！阿们。

官长们又威吓他们一番，为了民众的缘故把他们释放了。官长们找不出任何理由来惩罚他们，因为众人都为所发生的事不住地荣耀神。

众人看见就起了敬畏之心，就荣耀神，因为他赐给人这样的权柄。

然而如今已经得以显现；并且按照永恒神的命令，藉着先知们的经文显明了出来。这是为要在万民中带来信仰上的顺从——

保罗问候他们后，一一述说神藉着他的服事，在外邦人中所做的事。他们听了就不住地荣耀神，又对保罗说：“弟兄，你看犹太人中信主的人有多少万，而且他们都是对律法热心的人。

但你们属于蒙拣选的族类、君王的祭司体系、圣洁的国度，是属神的子民；为要使你们宣扬曾召唤你们的那一位的美德——他召唤你们出黑暗，入他奇妙的光明。

拆毁所有为抵挡神的知识而树立起来的高墙；又虏获各样的心意，达到属基督的顺从；

那献上感谢为祭的，就是荣耀我；那使自己道路正直的，我必使他得见神的救恩。”

你们结出很多果子，就表明是我的门徒了；从这一点我父也就得荣耀。

用许多乞求的话，恳请我们在对圣徒的服事上给与他们恩准和分享的机会；

他既然得以完全，就为所有顺从他的人成了永恒救恩的本源，

他们听了这些话就安静下来，然后就荣耀神，说：“这样，神把悔改的心也赐给外邦人，使他们得生命。”

但是，并不是所有的人都顺从了福音，就如以赛亚所说：“主啊，我们所传的，有谁信了呢？”
