He said to him,“ Yahweh says,‘ Because you have sent messengers to inquire of Baal Zebub, the god of Ekron, is it because there is no God in Israel to inquire of his word? Therefore you will not come down from the bed where you have gone up, but you will surely die.’”

对王说：“耶和华如此说：‘你差人去问以革伦神巴力西卜，岂因以色列中没有神可以求问吗？所以你必不下所上的床，必定要死！’”

以利亚对王说：“耶和华说，‘你差人去求问以革伦的神明巴力·西卜，是因为以色列没有上帝可以求问吗？因此，你再也不能下床了，你必定死。’”

以利亚对亚哈谢说：“耶和华这样说：‘你差派使者去求问以革伦的神巴力．西卜，是因为以色列中没有神可以求问吗？因此，你必不能从你躺上去的那张床上下来，因为你必定死。’”

對王說：「耶和華如此說：『你差人去問以革倫神巴力‧西卜，豈因以色列中沒有神可以求問嗎？所以你必不下所上的牀，必定要死！』」

他對王說：「耶和華如此說：『你派人去問以革倫的神明巴力‧西卜，是因為以色列中沒有上帝可以讓你求問他的話嗎？所以你必不能下所上的床，你一定會死！』」

對王說：『永恆主這麼說：「你既差遣使者去尋問以革倫的神巴力西卜——是不是因為以色列中沒有上帝可以讓你尋問他的話呢？——因此你所上的床、你必不能從那裏下來；你必定死。」』

謂之曰、耶和華云、以色列中豈無上帝、可以諮諏、乃遣使詢以革倫神巴力西卜乎、故爾所登之牀、不得再下、必死矣、

告王曰、耶和華云、爾遣人詢以革倫之上帝巴力西卜、在以色列中、豈無上帝、可以諮諏、故爾寢於床、不得再下、至於死亡。

謂王曰、主如是云、爾遣人問以革倫之神巴力西卜、以色列中豈無天主可問其言乎、故爾寢於床、不得再下、爾必死矣、

He told the king,“ This is what the Lord says: Is it because there is no God in Israel for you to consult that you have sent messengers to consult Baal-Zebub, the god of Ekron? Because you have done this, you will never leave the bed you are lying on. You will certainly die!”

Elijah told the king,“ The Lord says,‘ You have sent messengers to ask Baal- Zebub for advice. He is the god of Ekron. Did you go there to pray to that god for advice? Do you think there is no God in Israel? You will never leave the bed you are lying on. You can be sure that you will die!’ ”

and said to him,“ Thus says the Lord,‘ Because you have sent messengers to inquire of Baal-zebub, the god of Ekron— is it because there is no God in Israel to inquire of his word?— therefore you shall not come down from the bed to which you have gone up, but you shall surely die.’”

And Elijah said to the king,“ This is what the Lord says: Why did you send messengers to Baal zebub, the god of Ekron, to ask whether you will recover? Is there no God in Israel to answer your question? Therefore, because you have done this, you will never leave the bed you are lying on; you will surely die.”

Then Elijah said to King Ahaziah,“ This is what the LORD says:‘ Because you have sent messengers to inquire of Baal-zebub, the god of Ekron— is it because there is no God in Israel for you to inquire of his will?— you will not get up from your sickbed; you will certainly die.’”

Then he said to him,“ This is what the Lord says:‘ Since you have sent messengers to inquire of Baal zebub, the god of Ekron— is it because there is no God in Israel to inquire of His word? Therefore you will not get down from the bed upon which you have lain, but you shall certainly die.’ ”

Then he said to him,“ Thus says the Lord:‘ Because you have sent messengers to inquire of Baal-Zebub, the god of Ekron, is it because there is no God in Israel to inquire of His word? Therefore you shall not come down from the bed to which you have gone up, but you shall surely die.’”

And he said unto him, Thus saith Jehovah, Forasmuch as thou hast sent messengers to inquire of Baal- zebub, the god of Ekron, is it because there is no God in Israel to inquire of his word? therefore thou shalt not come down from the bed whither thou art gone up, but shalt surely die.

Then Elijah said to King Ahaziah,“ This is what the Lord says:‘ Because you have sent messengers to inquire of Baal-zebub, the god of Ekron— is it because there is no God in Israel for you to inquire of His will?— you will not get up from your sickbed; you will certainly die.’”

And he said unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Forasmuch as thou hast sent messengers to enquire of Baalzebub the god of Ekron,[ is it] not because[ there is] no God in Israel to enquire of his word? therefore thou shalt not come down off that bed on which thou art gone up, but shalt surely die.

Elijah said to the king,“ This is what the LORD says,‘ You sent messengers to seek an oracle from Baal Zebub, the god of Ekron. You must think there is no God in Israel from whom you can seek an oracle! Therefore you will not leave the bed you lie on, for you will certainly die.’”

Ahaziah fell down through the lattice in his upper room that was in Samaria, and was sick. So he sent messengers, and said to them,“ Go, inquire of Baal Zebub, the god of Ekron, whether I will recover of this sickness.”But Yahweh’s angel said to Elijah the Tishbite,“ Arise, go up to meet the messengers of the king of Samaria, and tell them,‘ Is it because there is no God in Israel, that you go to inquire of Baal Zebub, the god of Ekron?Now therefore Yahweh says,“ You will not come down from the bed where you have gone up, but you will surely die.”’” Then Elijah departed.

So Gehazi followed after Naaman. When Naaman saw one running after him, he came down from the chariot to meet him, and said,“ Is all well?”

Micaiah said,“ If you return at all in peace, Yahweh has not spoken by me.” He said,“ Listen, all you people!”

So when Ahijah heard the sound of her feet as she came in at the door, he said,“ Come in, Jeroboam’s wife! Why do you pretend to be another? For I am sent to you with heavy news.Go, tell Jeroboam,‘ Yahweh, the God of Israel, says:“ Because I exalted you from among the people, and made you prince over my people Israel,and tore the kingdom away from David’s house, and gave it you; and yet you have not been as my servant David, who kept my commandments, and who followed me with all his heart, to do that only which was right in my eyes,but have done evil above all who were before you, and have gone and made for yourself other gods, molten images, to provoke me to anger, and have cast me behind your back;therefore, behold, I will bring evil on the house of Jeroboam, and will cut off from Jeroboam everyone who urinates on a wall, he who is shut up and he who is left at large in Israel, and will utterly sweep away the house of Jeroboam, as a man sweeps away dung, until it is all gone.The dogs will eat he who belongs to Jeroboam who dies in the city; and the birds of the sky will eat he who dies in the field: for Yahweh has spoken it.”’Arise therefore, and go to your house. When your feet enter into the city, the child will die.All Israel will mourn for him and bury him; for he only of Jeroboam will come to the grave, because in him there is found some good thing toward Yahweh, the God of Israel, in the house of Jeroboam.

You shall tell Pharaoh,‘ Yahweh says, Israel is my son, my firstborn,and I have said to you,“ Let my son go, that he may serve me;” and you have refused to let him go. Behold, I will kill your firstborn son.’”

“ Arise, go down to meet Ahab king of Israel, who dwells in Samaria. Behold, he is in the vineyard of Naboth, where he has gone down to take possession of it.You shall speak to him, saying,‘ Yahweh says,“ Have you killed and also taken possession?”’ You shall speak to him, saying,‘ Yahweh says,“ In the place where dogs licked the blood of Naboth, dogs will lick your blood, even yours.”’”Ahab said to Elijah,“ Have you found me, my enemy?” He answered,“ I have found you, because you have sold yourself to do that which is evil in Yahweh’s sight.Behold, I will bring evil on you, and will utterly sweep you away and will cut off from Ahab everyone who urinates against a wall, and him who is shut up and him who is left at large in Israel.I will make your house like the house of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, and like the house of Baasha the son of Ahijah for the provocation with which you have provoked me to anger, and have made Israel to sin.”Yahweh also spoke of Jezebel, saying,“ The dogs will eat Jezebel by the rampart of Jezreel.The dogs will eat he who dies of Ahab in the city; and the birds of the sky will eat he who dies in the field.”

“ Surely I will not come into the structure of my house, nor go up into my bed;

They said to him,“ A man came up to meet us, and said to us,‘ Go, return to the king who sent you, and tell him,“ Yahweh says,‘ Is it because there is no God in Israel, that you send to inquire of Baal Zebub, the god of Ekron? Therefore you will not come down from the bed where you have gone up, but you will surely die.’”’”
