那些耶利哥的先知门徒在远处看见，就说：“以利亚的灵在以利沙身上了。”他们就来迎接他，俯伏在地拜他。

The company of the prophets from Jericho, who were watching, said,“ The spirit of Elijah is resting on Elisha.” And they went to meet him and bowed to the ground before him.

The group of prophets from Jericho were watching. They said,“ The spirit of Elijah has been given to Elisha.” They went over to Elisha. They bowed down to him with their faces toward the ground.

Now when the sons of the prophets who were at Jericho saw him opposite them, they said,“ The spirit of Elijah rests on Elisha.” And they came to meet him and bowed to the ground before him.

When the group of prophets from Jericho saw from a distance what happened, they exclaimed,“ Elijah’s spirit rests upon Elisha!” And they went to meet him and bowed to the ground before him.

When the sons of the prophets from Jericho who were observing saw him, they said,“ The spirit of Elijah rests on Elisha.” They came to meet him and bowed down to the ground in front of him.

Now when the sons of the prophets who were at Jericho opposite him saw him, they said,“ The spirit of Elijah has settled on Elisha.” And they came to meet him and bowed down to the ground before him.

Now when the sons of the prophets who were from Jericho saw him, they said,“ The spirit of Elijah rests on Elisha.” And they came to meet him, and bowed to the ground before him.

And when the sons of the prophets that were at Jericho over against him saw him, they said, The spirit of Elijah doth rest on Elisha. And they came to meet him, and bowed themselves to the ground before him.

When the sons of the prophets from Jericho who were facing him saw him, they said,“ The spirit of Elijah rests on Elisha.” They came to meet him and bowed down to the ground in front of him.

And when the sons of the prophets which[ were] to view at Jericho saw him, they said, The spirit of Elijah doth rest on Elisha. And they came to meet him, and bowed themselves to the ground before him.

When the members of the prophetic guild in Jericho, who were standing at a distance, saw him do this, they said,“ The spirit that energized Elijah rests upon Elisha.” They went to meet him and bowed down to the ground before him.

When the sons of the prophets who were at Jericho facing him saw him, they said,“ The spirit of Elijah rests on Elisha.” They came to meet him, and bowed themselves to the ground before him.

“我从父那里要差来给你们的保惠师，就是从父那里出来的真理的灵，他来到的时候，要为我作见证。你们也要作见证，因为从开始你们就是跟我在一起的。”

耶和华说：“至于我，我与他们所立的约是这样：我加在你们身上的灵和我放在你口里的话，必不离开你的口，不离开你后裔的口，也不离开你后裔的后裔的口，从现在直到永远；这是耶和华说的。”

可是圣灵降临在你们身上，你们就必领受能力，并且要在耶路撒冷、犹太全地、撒玛利亚，直到地极，作我的见证人。”

一位先知门徒的妻子哀求以利沙说：“你仆人我的丈夫死了，你知道你的仆人是敬畏耶和华的。现在债主来要抓我的两个孩子作他的奴仆。”以利沙对他说：“我可以为你作什么呢？告诉我，你家里有什么呢？”她说：“婢女家中除了一瓶油以外，什么也没有。”以利沙说：“你到外面去向你所有的邻居借空器皿，要尽量多借。然后回去，把你和你儿子关在家里，你要把油倒在所有器皿里面，装满了的就放在一边。”

于是她进去，在他的脚前下拜，俯伏在地上；然后把儿子抱起来，出去了。

先知门徒中有五十人跟着他们，远远地站在他们对面；他们二人在约旦河河边站着。

众先知门徒对以利沙说：“请看，我们在你面前居住的那一个地方，对我们来说实在是太窄小了。请你让我们到约旦河，每人从那里取一根木头，我们要在那里为自己建造一个地方居住。”以利沙说：“你们去吧！”有一个门徒说：“请你和你的仆人们一起去。”他说：“我会去的。”他就和他们同去。他们到了约旦河，就砍伐树木。有一个门徒砍伐木头的时候，斧头掉到水里去了。他就喊着说：“惨啦！我主啊，这斧头是借回来的。”神人说：“掉在哪里呢？”于是他把那地点指给他看。他砍了一根木头，丢在那里，那斧头就浮上来了。以利沙说：“你自己拿上来吧。”他就伸手把它拿住了。

你们要是为基督的名受辱骂，就有福了！因为神荣耀的灵，住在你们身上。

耶和华的灵必停留在他身上，就是智慧的灵和聪明的灵，谋略的灵和能力的灵，知识的灵和敬畏耶和华的灵。

耶和华对约书亚说：“今天起，我要使你在以色列众人眼中成为尊大，这样他们就知道我怎样与摩西同在，也必照样与你同在。

你要把你的尊荣给他几分，好叫以色列全体会众都听从他。

他却对我说：“我的恩典是够你用的，因为我的能力在人的软弱上显得完全。”所以，我更喜欢夸自己的软弱，好让基督的能力临到我的身上。

耶和华在云中降临，对摩西说话，把摩西身上的灵，分给那七十个长老；灵停在他们身上的时候，他们就说预言，以后却没有再说。那时还有两个人留在营里；一个名叫伊利达，一个名叫米达；灵也停在他们身上。他们原是在被录取的人中，却没有到会幕那里去；他们就在营里说预言。有个少年人跑来，告诉摩西：“伊利达和米达在营中说预言。”摩西的侍从，嫩的儿子约书亚，就是摩西所拣选的，回答说：“我主，摩西，请你制止他们。”摩西对他说：“你为我的缘故嫉妒吗？但愿耶和华的人民都是先知，但愿耶和华把他的灵降在他们身上。”

那一天耶和华使约书亚在以色列众人眼中成为尊大；在他一生的日子，人民敬畏他，好像敬畏摩西一样。

那城的人对以利沙说：“请看这城的地势很好，老师你也看见，可惜水恶劣，以致此地没有出产。”
