“ Why do you want to go to him today?” he asked.“ It isn’t the time for the New Moon feast. It isn’t the Sabbath day.”“ Don’t let that bother you,” she said.

丈夫说：“今日不是初一，也不是安息日，你为何要到他那里去呢？”妇人说：“平安无事。”

丈夫说：“今日不是初一，也不是安息日，你为何要到他那里去呢？”妇人说：“平安无事。”

她丈夫说：“今天不是朔日，也不是安息日，你为什么要去见他？”妇人说：“平安无事。”

他说：“为什么你要在今天去见他呢？今天既不是月朔，也不是安息日。”她说：“一切都平安。”

丈夫說：「今日不是月朔，也不是安息日，你為何要去見他呢？」婦人說：「平安無事。」

丈夫說：「今日不是初一，也不是安息日，你為何要到他那裏去呢？」婦人說：「平安無事。」

丈夫說：「今日不是初一，也不是安息日，你為何要到他那裏去呢？」婦人說：「平安無事。」

她丈夫說：「今天不是朔日，也不是安息日，你為什麼要去見他？」婦人說：「平安無事。」

他說：“為甚麼你要在今天去見他呢？今天既不是月朔，也不是安息日。”她說：“一切都平安。”

丈夫說：『今天不是初一，又不是安息日，你為甚麼要去見他呢？』婦人說：『沒關係。』

夫曰、今日非月朔、非安息日、爾往見之何為、曰、此行平安、

夫曰、今日非朔日、亦非安息日、欲往何為。婦曰、此行必得平康。

夫曰、今日非月朔、亦非安息日、欲往見之何為、曰、平安無事、

“ Why go to him today?” he asked.“ It’s not the New Moon or the Sabbath.”“ That’s all right,” she said.

And he said,“ Why will you go to him today? It is neither new moon nor Sabbath.” She said,“ All is well.”

“ Why go today?” he asked.“ It is neither a new moon festival nor a Sabbath.” But she said,“ It will be all right.”

But he said,“ Why go to him today? It’s not a New Moon or a Sabbath.” She replied,“ It’s all right.”

But he said,“ Why are you going to him today? It is neither new moon nor Sabbath.” So she just said,“ It will be fine.”

So he said,“ Why are you going to him today? It is neither the New Moon nor the Sabbath.” And she said,“ It is well.”

And he said, Wherefore wilt thou go to him to- day? it is neither new moon nor sabbath. And she said, It shall be well.

But he said,“ Why go to him today? It’s not a New Moon or a Sabbath.” She replied,“ Everything is all right.”

And he said, Wherefore wilt thou go to him to day?[ it is] neither new moon, nor sabbath. And she said,[ It shall be] well.

He said,“ Why do you want to go see him today? It is not the new moon or the Sabbath.” She said,“ Everything’s fine.”

He said,“ Why would you want go to him today? It is not a new moon or a Sabbath.” She said,“ It’s all right.”

“‘ On the first day of every month, bring to the Lord a burnt offering. Bring two young bulls and one ram. Also bring seven male lambs a year old. They must not have any flaws.

You must also blow the trumpets when you are happy. Blow them at your appointed feasts. Blow them at your New Moon feasts. Blow them when you sacrifice your burnt offerings. Blow them when you sacrifice your friendship offerings. They will remind me of you. I am the Lord your God.”

They also did it every time burnt offerings were brought to the Lord. Those offerings were brought every Sabbath day. They were also brought at every New Moon feast and during the appointed yearly feasts. The Levites served in front of the Lord at regular times. The proper number of Levites was always used when they served. They served in the way the law required.

Stop bringing offerings that do not mean anything to me! I hate your incense. I can’t stand your worthless gatherings. I can’t stand the way you celebrate your New Moon feasts, Sabbath days and special services.Your New Moon feasts and your other appointed feasts I hate with my whole being. They have become a heavy load to me. I am tired of carrying it.You might spread out your hands toward me when you pray. But I do not look at you. You might even offer many prayers. But I am not listening to them. Your hands are covered with the blood of the people you have murdered.
