Elisha sent a messenger to say to him,“ Go, wash yourself seven times in the Jordan, and your flesh will be restored and you will be cleansed.”

Elisha sent a messenger out to him. The messenger said,“ Go! Wash yourself in the Jordan River seven times. Then your skin will be healed. You will be pure and‘ clean’ again.”

And Elisha sent a messenger to him, saying,“ Go and wash in the Jordan seven times, and your flesh shall be restored, and you shall be clean.”

But Elisha sent a messenger out to him with this message:“ Go and wash yourself seven times in the Jordan River. Then your skin will be restored, and you will be healed of your leprosy.”

The seven priests carrying the seven trumpets went forward, marching before the ark of the Lord and blowing the trumpets. The armed men went ahead of them and the rear guard followed the ark of the Lord, while the trumpets kept sounding.So on the second day they marched around the city once and returned to the camp. They did this for six days.On the seventh day, they got up at daybreak and marched around the city seven times in the same manner, except that on that day they circled the city seven times.The seventh time around, when the priests sounded the trumpet blast, Joshua commanded the army,“ Shout! For the Lord has given you the city! (niv)

Then the Lord said,“ Put your hand inside your cloak.” So Moses put his hand into his cloak, and when he took it out, the skin was leprous— it had become as white as snow.“ Now put it back into your cloak,” he said. So Moses put his hand back into his cloak, and when he took it out, it was restored, like the rest of his flesh. (niv)
