Then Naaman and all his attendants went back to the man of God. He stood before him and said,“ Now I know that there is no God in all the world except in Israel. So please accept a gift from your servant.”

Then Naaman and his entire party went back to find the man of God. They stood before him, and Naaman said,“ Now I know that there is no God in all the world except in Israel. So please accept a gift from your servant.”

He and his entire entourage returned to the prophet. Naaman came and stood before him. He said,“ For sure I know that there is no God in all the earth except in Israel! Now, please accept a gift from your servant.”

He returned to the man of God, he and all his company, and came, and stood before him; and he said,“ See now, I know that there is no God in all the earth, but in Israel. Now therefore, please take a gift from your servant.”

告但以理曰、爾天主顯露隱微、使爾能示此奧秘、誠為諸神之主、諸王之主、

婢以禮物奉於我主大衛、求我主大衛受之、可餽從我主大衛之少者、

天主施恩於我、使我富有、請受所奉之禮物、迫、而後受之、

今日主以爾付於我手、我將擊爾、斬爾首級、今日我以非利士軍旅之屍、給空中鳥與地上獸、使天下萬民、天下萬民原文作全地咸知以色列中有天主、亦使此大會知主使人獲勝、非藉刀與槍、蓋戰之勝敗在乎主、原文作戰事屬乎主將付爾於我儕手、

神人以利沙聞以色列王裂衣、則遣人告王曰、何為裂衣、斯人可就我、使知以色列中有先知、

我降詔命、我所統轄全國之人民、當欽崇敬畏但以理之天主、當欽崇敬畏但以理之天主原文作當在但以理之天主前戰慄畏懼因彼乃永生長存之天主、其國永遠不廢、其權恆存靡暨、能救人援人、在天在地顯異跡、行奇事、曾救但以理、不為獅所害、不為獅所害或作免受獅之害○

其中一人、見己已愈、即返、大聲讚美天主、俯伏於耶穌足下稱謝、彼乃撒瑪利亞人也、耶穌曰、得潔者非十人乎、其九安在、此異族人外、何未見一人返而歸榮天主者乎、

時日已滿、我尼布甲尼撒舉目仰天、靈性靈性或作靈慧下同復歸於我、遂祝謝至上者、讚揚頌美永生者、其權永世恆存、其國至於世世、

對曰、僕等緣爾天主耶和華之名、自極遠之地而來、蓋聞其聲名、與其在伊及所行者、

故我以為當請彼數兄弟、先至爾處、將前所許之捐貲、預備以待、致明爾所備者、乃爾樂捐、非出勉強、

救贖以色列之主、即以色列之君萬有之主如是云、我乃先者、我乃後者、我之外別無天主、

謂之曰、主已將此地賜爾、為我所知、我儕悉懼爾、斯地一切居民、皆緣爾喪膽、爾出伊及時、主為爾使紅海水涸、爾如何待約但東之亞摩利二王西宏及噩、即爾所殲滅者、此皆為我所聞、我聞之心怯、各緣爾之故、魂不附體、魂不附體或作志氣盡墜蓋主爾之天主乃上天下地之天主、

使東方西方萬民、咸知我之外別無天主、我乃主、別無神可敬、

惟耶和華真天主、為永生之天主、永世為王、主赫怒、大地震動、主發忿、列邦莫當、爾當如斯告彼曰、非造天地之神、必亡於地、於此天下、

爾勿畏懼、勿驚惶、我豈未自始已示爾告爾乎、爾曹可為我作證、在我之外豈有天主、我之外實無可賴之主、我不知有誰也、

對約書亞曰、有人告僕等云、爾之天主耶和華曾諭其僕摩西、將以此全地賜爾、並於爾前將滅此地一切居民、我緣爾之故、甚畏喪命、故行此事、

至獻晚祭時、先知以利亞進前曰、求主亞伯拉罕以撒雅各之天主、今日使人知主在以色列人中為天主、亦知我乃主之僕、我作此諸事、悉遵主命、

蓋人以心信則可稱義、以口認則可得救、

主曰、爾曹為我證、我所選之僕為我證、如此、爾可知而信我、且曉然惟我為主、在我之先無天主、在我之後亦無天主、惟我、惟我為主、我之外無他救主、

先知曰、主歟、主賜我以力、護我如鞏固之城、我遇難之日、就主蒙庇、異邦人自地極而來、歸誠於主、曰、我祖所承受於古、皆浮偽虛無、毫無裨益、人豈可造神視為主乎、彼果非主也、主曰、當是時、我以我能我力顯示於彼、俾知我名乃主、
