他的一位臣仆说：“我主我王啊！不是的；只不过是以色列的以利沙先知，把你在你卧室内所说的话，告知了以色列王。”

他的一位臣僕說：“我主我王啊！不是的；只不過是以色列的以利沙先知，把你在你臥室內所說的話，告知了以色列王。”

臣僕中有一個人說：『我主我王，沒有的事，只有以色列中的神言人以利沙、他將王在臥房中所說的話告訴以色列王罷了。』

一臣曰、我主我王歟、非也、乃以色列之先知以利沙、以王在寢室所言者、告以色列王、

一臣曰、我主我王、無人助之、乃以色列族之先知、以利沙以王在寢室所言之事、悉告其主。

“ None of us, my lord the king,” said one of his officers,“ but Elisha, the prophet who is in Israel, tells the king of Israel the very words you speak in your bedroom.”

“ You are my king and master,” said one of his officers.“ None of us is on Israel’s side. But Elisha is a prophet in Israel. He tells the king of Israel even the words you speak in your own bedroom.”

And one of his servants said,“ None, my lord, O king; but Elisha, the prophet who is in Israel, tells the king of Israel the words that you speak in your bedroom.”

“ It’s not us, my lord the king,” one of the officers replied.“ Elisha, the prophet in Israel, tells the king of Israel even the words you speak in the privacy of your bedroom!”

One of his servants said,“ No one, my lord the king. Elisha, the prophet in Israel, tells the king of Israel even the words you speak in your bedroom.”

One of his servants said,“ No, my lord, the king; but Elisha, the prophet who is in Israel, tells the king of Israel the words that you speak in your bedroom.”

And one of his servants said,“ None, my Lord, O king; but Elisha, the prophet who is in Israel, tells the king of Israel the words that you speak in your bedroom.”

And one of his servants said, Nay, my lord, O king; but Elisha, the prophet that is in Israel, telleth the king of Israel the words that thou speakest in thy bedchamber.

One of his servants said,“ No one, my lord the king. Elisha, the prophet in Israel, tells the king of Israel even the words you speak in your bedroom.”

And one of his servants said, None, my lord, O king: but Elisha, the prophet that[ is] in Israel, telleth the king of Israel the words that thou speakest in thy bedchamber.

One of his advisers said,“ No, my master, O king. The prophet Elisha who lives in Israel keeps telling the king of Israel the things you say in your bedroom.”

One of his servants said,“ No, my lord, O king; but Elisha, the prophet who is in Israel, tells the king of Israel the words that you speak in your bedroom.”

只有一位在天上的神能顯明奧祕的事。他已將日後必有的事指示尼布甲尼撒王。你的夢和你在牀上腦中的異象是這樣：王啊，你在牀上想到後來的事，那顯明奧祕事的主把將來必有的事指示你。至於那奧祕的事顯明給我，並非因我的智慧勝過一切活人，乃為使王知道夢的講解和心裏的思念。

主耶和華若不將奧祕指示他的僕人－眾先知，就一無所行。

神人以利沙聽見以色列王撕裂衣服，就打發人去見王，說：「你為甚麼撕了衣服呢？可使那人到我這裏來，他就知道以色列中有先知了。」

『術士的領袖伯提沙撒啊，因我知道你裏頭有聖神的靈，甚麼奧祕的事都不能使你為難。現在要把我夢中所見的異象和夢的講解告訴我。』「我在牀上腦中的異象是這樣：我看見地當中有一棵樹，極其高大。那樹漸長，而且堅固，高得頂天，從地極都能看見，葉子華美，果子甚多，可作眾生的食物；田野的走獸臥在蔭下，天空的飛鳥宿在枝上；凡有血氣的都從這樹得食。「我在牀上腦中的異象，見有一位守望的聖者從天而降。大聲呼叫說：『伐倒這樹！砍下枝子！搖掉葉子！拋散果子！使走獸離開樹下，飛鳥躲開樹枝。樹墩卻要留在地內，用鐵圈和銅圈箍住，在田野的青草中讓天露滴濕，使他與地上的獸一同吃草，使他的心改變，不如人心，給他一個獸心，使他經過七期。這是守望者所發的命，聖者所出的令，好叫世人知道至高者在人的國中掌權，要將國賜與誰就賜與誰，或立極卑微的人執掌國權。』「這是我－尼布甲尼撒王所做的夢。伯提沙撒啊，你要說明這夢的講解；因為我國中的一切哲士都不能將夢的講解告訴我，惟獨你能，因你裏頭有聖神的靈。」

你不可咒詛君王，也不可心懷此念；在你臥房也不可咒詛富戶。因為空中的鳥必傳揚這聲音，有翅膀的也必述說這事。

耶和華說：「我豈為近處的神呢？不也為遠處的神嗎？」耶和華說：「人豈能在隱密處藏身，使我看不見他呢？」耶和華說：「我豈不充滿天地嗎？

神人打發人去見以色列王，說：「你要謹慎，不要從某處經過，因為亞蘭人從那裏下來了。」以色列王差人去窺探神人所告訴所警戒他去的地方，就防備未受其害，不止一兩次。

禍哉！那些向耶和華深藏謀略的，又在暗中行事，說：誰看見我們呢？誰知道我們呢？

她對主母說：「巴不得我主人去見撒馬利亞的先知，必能治好他的大痲瘋。」

王對但以理說：「你既能顯明這奧祕的事，你們的神誠然是萬神之神、萬王之主，又是顯明奧祕事的。」

他顯明深奧隱秘的事，知道暗中所有的，光明也與他同居。我列祖的神啊，我感謝你，讚美你；因你將智慧才能賜給我，允准我們所求的，把王的事給我們指明。」

耶和華啊，你已經鑒察我，認識我。我坐下，我起來，你都曉得；你從遠處知道我的意念。我行路，我躺臥，你都細察；你也深知我一切所行的。耶和華啊，我舌頭上的話，你沒有一句不知道的。

他的僕人進前來，對他說：「我父啊，先知若吩咐你做一件大事，你豈不做嗎？何況說你去沐浴而得潔淨呢？」於是乃縵下去，照着神人的話，在約旦河裏沐浴七回；他的肉復原，好像小孩子的肉，他就潔淨了。乃縵帶着一切跟隨他的人，回到神人那裏，站在他面前，說：「如今我知道，除了以色列之外，普天下沒有神。現在求你收點僕人的禮物。」
