约兰见耶户就说：“耶户，平安吗？”耶户说：“你母亲耶洗别的淫行邪术这样多，怎么能平安呢？”

约兰见耶户就说：“耶户啊，平安吗？”耶户说：“你母亲耶洗别的淫行邪术这样多，焉能平安呢？”

约兰见耶户就说：“耶户，平安吗？”耶户说：“你母亲耶洗别的淫行邪术这样多，怎么能平安呢？”

约兰问他：“耶户，你为平安而来吗？”耶户答道：“国中到处都是你母亲耶洗别的偶像和邪术，怎能平安呢？”

约兰看见耶户的时候，就说：“耶户，平安吗？”耶户说：“你的母亲耶洗别的淫行和邪术这么多，还有平安吗？”

約蘭見耶戶就說：「耶戶啊，平安嗎？」耶戶說：「你母親耶洗別的淫行邪術這樣多，焉能平安呢？」

約蘭見耶戶就說：「耶戶，平安嗎？」耶戶說：「你母親耶洗別的淫行邪術這樣多，怎麼能平安呢？」

約蘭見耶戶就說：「耶戶，平安嗎？」耶戶說：「你母親耶洗別的淫行邪術這樣多，怎麼能平安呢？」

約蘭問他：「耶戶，你為平安而來嗎？」耶戶答道：「國中到處都是你母親耶洗別的偶像和邪術，怎能平安呢？」

約蘭看見耶戶的時候，就說：“耶戶，平安嗎？”耶戶說：“你的母親耶洗別的淫行和邪術這麼多，還有平安嗎？”

約蘭一見耶戶、就說：『耶戶啊，平安麼？』耶戶說：『甚麼呀？你母親耶洗別的淫行和邪術這麼多、還有平安麼？』

約蘭見耶戶、則曰、耶戶歟、安否、曰、爾母耶洗別、淫行巫術若是之多、焉得安乎、

約藍見耶戶、則曰耶戶、爾為平康而至乎。曰、王母耶洗別、狥私欲、拜偶像、從巫覡、若是之多、焉得平康乎。

約蘭見耶戶則曰、耶戶平安否、曰、爾母耶洗別之邪淫巫術、如是之多、焉能平安乎、

When Joram saw Jehu he asked,“ Have you come in peace, Jehu?”“ How can there be peace,” Jehu replied,“ as long as all the idolatry and witchcraft of your mother Jezebel abound?”

When Joram saw Jehu he asked,“ Have you come here in peace, Jehu?”“ Your mother Jezebel worships statues of gods,” Jehu replied.“ She also worships evil powers. The evil things she does have spread everywhere. As long as all of that goes on, how can there be peace?”

And when Joram saw Jehu, he said,“ Is it peace, Jehu?” He answered,“ What peace can there be, so long as the whorings and the sorceries of your mother Jezebel are so many?”

King Joram demanded,“ Do you come in peace, Jehu?” Jehu replied,“ How can there be peace as long as the idolatry and witchcraft of your mother, Jezebel, are all around us?”

When Joram saw Jehu he asked,“ Do you come in peace, Jehu?” He answered,“ What peace can there be as long as there is so much prostitution and sorcery from your mother Jezebel?”

When Joram saw Jehu, he said,“ Is your intention peace, Jehu?” And he answered,“ What‘ peace,’ so long as your mother Jezebel’s acts of prostitution and witchcraft are so many?”

Now it happened, when Joram saw Jehu, that he said,“ Is it peace, Jehu?” So he answered,“ What peace, as long as the harlotries of your mother Jezebel and her witchcraft are so many?”

And it came to pass, when Joram saw Jehu, that he said, Is it peace, Jehu? And he answered, What peace, so long as the whoredoms of thy mother Jezebel and her witchcrafts are so many?

When Joram saw Jehu he asked,“ Do you come in peace, Jehu?” He answered,“ What peace can there be as long as there is so much prostitution and witchcraft from your mother Jezebel?”

And it came to pass, when Joram saw Jehu, that he said,[ Is it] peace, Jehu? And he answered, What peace, so long as the whoredoms of thy mother Jezebel and her witchcrafts[ are so] many?

When Jehoram saw Jehu, he asked,“ Is everything all right, Jehu?” He replied,“ How can everything be all right as long as your mother Jezebel promotes idolatry and pagan practices?”

When Joram saw Jehu, he said,“ Is it peace, Jehu?” He answered,“ What peace, so long as the prostitution of your mother Jezebel and her witchcraft abound?”

暗利的儿子亚哈行耶和华眼中看为恶的事，比他以前所有的王更严重。他犯了尼八的儿子耶罗波安所犯的罪，还当作是小事，又娶了西顿王谒巴力的女儿耶洗别为妻，去事奉巴力，敬拜它，又在撒玛利亚建巴力庙，在庙里为巴力筑坛。亚哈又造亚舍拉，他所做的惹耶和华—以色列的上帝发怒，比他以前所有的以色列王更严重。

灯台的光在你中间绝对不再照耀了；新郎和新娘的声音在你中间绝对听不见了。你的商人原来是地上的显要；万国也被你的邪术迷惑了。

反而行以色列诸王的道，使犹大和耶路撒冷居民行淫，像亚哈家行淫一样，又杀了你父家比你好的那些兄弟。

都因那美貌的妓女多有淫行，惯行邪术，藉淫行诱惑列国，用邪术诱惑万族。

因为列国都喝了她淫乱大怒的酒；地上的君王和她行淫；地上的商人因她极度奢华而发了财。”

（只是从来没有像亚哈的，因他受耶洗别王后的唆使，出卖自己，行了耶和华眼中看为恶的事。

于是王后以亚哈的名义写信，盖上王的印，把信送给那些与拿伯同城居住的长老和贵族。她在信上写着说：“你们当宣告禁食，叫拿伯坐在百姓的高位上，又叫两个无赖坐在拿伯对面，作证告他说：‘你诅咒了上帝和王。’然后把他拉出去用石头打死。”

耶洗别杀耶和华先知的时候，俄巴底把一百个先知藏了，每五十人藏在一个洞里，拿饼和水供养他们。

我要医治他，他要结出嘴唇的果实。平安，平安，归给远处和近处的人！这是耶和华说的。”但是恶人好像翻腾的海，不得平静；其中的水常涌出污秽和淤泥。我的上帝说：“恶人必不得平安！”

骑兵就去迎接耶户，说：“王如此说：‘平安吗？’”耶户说：“平安不平安跟你有什么关系呢？转身跟在我后面吧！”守望的人说：“使者到了他们那里，却不回来。”

现在你要派人去召集以色列众人，以及耶洗别所供养的四百五十个巴力的先知和四百个亚舍拉的先知，叫他们都上迦密山到我这里来。”

然而，有一件事我要责备你，就是你容忍那自称是先知的妇人耶洗别教唆我的仆人，引诱他们犯淫乱，吃祭过偶像之物。我曾给她悔改的机会，她却不肯悔改她的淫行。看吧，我要使她病倒在床上。那些与她犯奸淫的人若不悔改他们的行为，我也要使他们同受大患难。我又要杀死她的儿女，众教会就知道，我是那察看人肺腑心肠的，我要照你们的行为报应各人。

亚哈把以利亚一切所做的和他用刀杀众先知的事都告诉耶洗别。耶洗别就派使者到以利亚那里，说：“明日约这时候，我若不使你的性命像那些人的性命一样，愿神明重重惩罚我。”

那女人穿着紫色和朱红色的衣服，用金子、宝石、珍珠作妆饰，手拿着金杯，杯中盛满了可憎之物和她淫乱的污秽。在她额上写着奥秘的名字，说：“大巴比伦，世上的淫妇和一切可憎之物的母。”
